H new to WF and internet marketing There is an established website I am interested in purchasing, PR1,over 450 backlinks, over 1000 pages, all unique content various topics.. ie health, pets, gardening, etc. with many interesting articles within these categories..so it isn't a nitch for the one site, but many within... any ideas... also while i am here..

freelance offering** webmaster ** for all aspects related to running a website..
this would be ongoing

Well to be honest I read informational as infomercial so I clicked as it seemed interesting.

If it's all original content & the price is right it may be something worth pursuing... Maybe break it into a few different sites/blogs niche based?

Not sure what PR1 means but I think it's ranking high?

Posting this to bump the thread & see what others have to say Lizzie .
