Lucky domain find?

Having took on a ton of SEO work recently I decided I needed a site that my customers could use to check up on the progress of their campaign.

So they knew things were happening.

Did I get lucky with my Newest domain find?

rseo.co.uk

I'm targeting UK custom mostly, a 4 letter domain.

  • It looks good. Though, I think lots of folks rely on bookmarks, hardly will anyone care to remember even a short domain name.

  • I don't think I've ever been to a site ending in .uk, but then again, I'm a dirty yank. Haha.
  • @limestone614 well chosen domain name. short domains 3-4 chars get rare so in the future your domain could be worth more just because of its size in case you would auction it for example.

    @blueclcl lol your "idea" is an old trick usually its keyword1.com keyword24.com and so on
  • It looks like a good domain name, however, have you checked whether it is almost similer to any competitor?

    • You should be able to brand your seo business well with that domain.
      Don't shoot me down but do you remember the bisto advert Ahh Bisto you could make a play on that in your marketing R SEO, not withstanding copyright, trademarks etc for Bisto.

    and those are just 4 character domains with SEO in them, there are many other 4 character .co.uk domains available

  • I think it's a great one. You can call it River SEO, Resource SEO and so on. Good luck.
  • Hmm, I'm not really sure that this domain name is really that special. I mean "seo.co.uk" is more special - any variant that only adds a letter or other words in front of seo, not so much. In this case the 4 letters factor doesn't seem to add more value in my opinion.

      That would have been a REALLY LUCKY find...

      I have no intention of 'branding it' as such, I just wanted an easy to remember admin site for my customers.
