Terms of service, disclaimers etc.

I have a website in the relationship niche where I simply offer good content and advertise my mini course. I'm just wandering if this type of site should require a TOS, disclaimers and other 'legal' attributes.

Question: If I do need them, where can I get these sorts of things outsourced?

I'd just look for other similar sites and see if they have any. A content site shouldn't really need anything as people aren't entering into any kind of agreement with you. Your service is just providing info

There is a WordPress plugin called Easy Privacy Policy. Download that and it will create your privacy policy for you. For the disclosure, you can get one created at DisclosurePolicy.org: Disclosure Policy, Disclosure Policy Generator
