so guys if your not an expert or doctor an make a ebook with a plan to take action in some medical thing say ppl with bloody gums your not a dentist but have tips do you just make sure your product has a disclaimer i mean its legit info but your not a doctor to protect yourself from Legal issue

      The perfect man thanks for stopping by i had a issue in my past (health issue) an i over came it so it is my opinion an what worked for me an some other friends its a over all issue but how to i still protect myself who do i contact for disclaimers an legal private policy things.

      Also some of my family is diabetic an i have some tips i want to create into a ebook for $7 an its again what worked for them an over all its good things not like medicine combinations etc. or things that are wrong all is good of course information can you refer me to a Attorney i can ask or will you help me out clear things up thanks alot .

    Proceed with caution giving medical advice when you are not a medical professional. Other marketers have done jail time for that and had huge fines.

    I can't give legal advice on the forum. But there are many ways to properly explain what your have that also protect your backside.

    I have not reviewed your product and do not know what you are selling, but here is something generic I myself would start with ...

    Hi, my name is EA and I'm your average joe in California with a problem. I tried a lot of different things to solve it that didn't work. I'm no doctor and not telling you to avoid a doctor. In fact, I think you should see a doctor for this problem. But let me tell you what worked for me personally...

    As for a diabetes medical issue, that can be deadly. We're not talking about a pimple.

    I wouldn't touch it myself for a mere $7 upside, but if I did I'd have disclaimers all over the place - including the footer of every ebook page.
