Please help choosing a SSL certificate

Hi,

I need to get an SSL certificate for my site as will be taking payments. I use NameCheap for my domain names so took a look at their certificate offerings which are found here:

Cheap Comodo SSL Certificates - PositiveSSL, InstantSSL, PremiumSSL, Wildcard - Comodo SSL Certs • Namecheap.com


I am confused about which one to go for. Some are very cheap and some are very expensive. Then there is extended validation, triggering browsers green bar etc etc.

Can you give some advice on which is the best certificate to give visitors confidence and work correctly with browsers.

    Can you post the url where it is on your site so I can see it in operation?

    From reading their site the main difference seems to be the level of authentication and whether the browser bar goes green or not.
