Where were your profit streams coming from on your first $100 day? Tell us here!

Hey Warriors!


We all know how exhilirating our first money made online can be. It could be just $1, but seeing some earnings for the first time in your income reports is exciting no matter what the value.

But how about that big milestone all new Internet Marketers aspire for? The monumental $100 profit day. It seems like such a big leap from the first dollar you make, but is it really that big of a leap?

So guys, tell us what campaigns, strategies, and income streams you had coming your way to get your to your FIRST $100 day online. What did you do from this point on? Did you throw your arms up in the air and say "Wooohooo!"? Or did you keep your head straight and continue amping up your business?

I personally had the income coming from a few different locations, all adding up to $100. A combination of articles, media buys, and selling products got me there. I think it took me a week or so to realize that it was $100 in profit, but it was still exciting!

    I made my first $100/day through Affiliate Marketing With Clickbank.

    Still remember my first affiliate sale ever...the first sale is always the best one, its very motivational.

    Clickbank seems to be very accessible, but did you end up getting any refunds? I know sometimes that can happen with that network. I never really got into Clickbank for that reason. And, the fact that I thought I would never make money because all of the niche's seemed so saturated =(

      Make sure that with any guide you follow, to follow it completely and don't stop until you start making money. The hardest part is sticking with it, but once you start making money, you will be addicted

    Kind of hard not to make $200 in a day with a WSO, if it's something people want. Which pays for the thread and your various fees and leaves more than $100 in your pocket.

    I made my first $100 in one day within a week for signing up for WF. I replied to a thread and got a job doing some blog commenting and article writing and managed to earn a quick $100. It really set things in motion. I paid for hosting, got my website set up, and posted my Warrior for Hire thread. I also bought an extra domain to set up a website to earn some passive income which has been doing pretty well!

    In one day - Clickbank $94, Adsense $35 October 2010.

    All off the back of doing the 30DC in September 2009.

    Mainly due to ranking a site with good content. Took me a full year to get that site ranked at number 1 but I was so determined there was no stopping me.

      Amen to that man. Because of this, some people may still think that it's easy which is not completely the case. Like you said, you need to make sure that the content is there and that you are offering something worth your price.

      You even know the exact dates! What you did definitely shows the persistence required to make money in the IM world. I can't even say that I'd have enough drive to work on ranking a site PR1 for over a year :rolleyes:

    The knowledge of having a site that performs day in day out is bliss. That site ran crazy up and down the google dance for a year. I've come to expect that when backlinking and trying to outrank against older and higher pr domains. I'm having the same thing with current sites that I'm trying to rank.
    Whatever you think about the google dance etc, it's beatable. It's a long term thing. My advice is get stuck in for the long haul. And always provide decent content with the promise of more to come.
    Lots of good content and the best backlinks you can get.

    My first 100 a day came through a clickbank product. I'm going to sell what I been selling (backlinking services) in the near future in this forum, and hopefully get 100 a day sales from this.
