Can you recommend a good graphics person from Fiverr?

The guy I was using on Fiverr was fantastic, but every few months he seems to change his username. Just went to order a gig from him but he's gone again.

Can anyone recommend someone good and inexpensive for a header graphic if they don't know of someone on Fiverr for the job?

Thanks for your help. I need at least two different header graphics made.

    I have purchased dozens of deals at fiverr and have been happy with all but the graphics people. I have tried several of the supposedly top designers and it has been a disaster, even paying double and triple jobs they are mostly scammers selling useless clipart. When they have an unhappy customer they hide the offer for a while so you can't post a bad review. Good Luck.
