how do i find E-zines with large readership numbers?

Hi all, what's the best (free) resource that lists E-zines, including circulation figures.

I've tried several directories but it seems the E-zine owners only submit their details when they're looking to recruit new subscribers.

Any help much appreciated

Your time would be better invested in finding JV partners/
list owners with large lists to promote your offers.
