How many hoplinks in an email follow-up message?

Quick ? regarding hoplinks in my emails...

I'm currently promoting a clickbank product which i'm using an email series in a list i am building for the niche.

My question is, how many times should I post my hoplink in each follow-up message? One, two, three? Is there a 'magic' number? :confused:

    One after the first paragraph, one in the middle of the offer and another at the bottom is what I usually do and works great.

    Nah, no magic number. I usually simply put one link in my emails because I favor short emails, 5 or 6 lines at the most, so 1 link is enough.

    If you write long emails, then obviously you want to toss in a link every 2 paragraphs or so, but I personally advise you against long-winded emails.

    Like the above poster said, I don't think there is a magic number.

    It should be a number that makes sense to the length of the content. Obviously if you only have a few lines of text than there should be 7 links in the message. I usually use a rule that 1 link per paragraph and one in the email signature.
