What is the Availability Scheduling Service Website?

I want to be able to choose my availability and then allow my staff to make appointments for me based on that availability. Does anyone know what the website is?

You can do this with google calender, and share your calender with your staff.

Well I can choose my availability but will it allow them to choose a time slot in there for an appointment? I'm pretty sure there is a more professional way to do it, as I've had people send me the links and I can go schedule my appointment in their availability, I just can't find the link. It takes care of reminders and such as well.
