    a CPA network gives you commission for pay per action. Sales is not necessary. Clickbank is not a CPA network because on clickbank you have to have sales to generate commission.

      I signed up on ClickBank but I never earned anything.

      It was when I first started learning about affiliate sales and I thought I'd really make megabucks with it, but obviously not...

    No, it isn't.

    It's an online retailer of (mostly but not entirely) digital products: e-books, software and some online services.

    It has an attached affiliate network, and when affiliates refer customers who buy, the retail price charged by Clickbank first has "ClickBank costs" deducted (about 9%) and is then divided up into the vendor's and affiliate's cuts (the proportion paid to the affiliate is pre-determined by the vendor, and must be between 1% and 75% of the money remaining after the ClickBank deductions). Key point: the customer is buying the product/service from ClickBank, not directly from the vendor.

    Clickbank is not a CPA network, on CB you find a product you want to promote (you have to do your research into potential markets) then you generate your hoplink, and start driving traffic to the cb product.

    Now you could build a review website and review similar prodcuts in one niche
    you could direct link through advertising (getting much more difficult now and can't do in google!)
    you could create a powerpoint video and have link to your offer etc.

    99% of marketers on CB make zero money........because they do not know how to and think it is a get rich quick scheme, which NO internet business is!!!

    You have to work hard to reap the benefits!
