Best places to promote a free report?

So far, I have:

-Posted a free WSO
-Lined up several solo ads
-Put information in my signature file at the WF and other related forums

My future plans include:

-Formatting and uploading to Kindle
-Uploading to PDF sharing sites

What am I missing? I know there's plenty!

      I launched the report a week ago. Since then, I've had 270 people download my report via my opt-in (I encouraged people to share it and know it went out to at least one list as a straight PDF download).
