Amazon sales tax issue = JV opportunity?
I was thinking about the Amazon sales tax issue. If 2 warriors work together as a joint venture this could alleviate the worst case scenarios of the Amazon issue.
Warrior-1 lives in a state that is going to lose it's affiliate account through Amazon.
Warrior-2 lives in a state that will not lose it's affiliate account through Amazon.
Warrior-1 and Warrior-2 create a joint venture business arrangements to join forces and split the profits.
Warrior-1 would use Warrior-2's Amazon affiliate code on his websites.
Warrior-2 would split the profit with Warrior-1.
If Amazon finally works out the tax issues and Warrior-1 gets his affiliate account back with Amazon the arrangement would then end.
