Do humans work at amazon affiliate program? How do you contact them?

Sorry, can't help as I am in the same boat but thought I'd express my sympathy with your plight. At least you're not alone. I emailed questions to what was supposed to be their help/support or whatever service and never heard from them either.

I'm guessing the volume of orders you're pushing through would definitely make a difference. There are some vendors that just love us and would bend over backwards....others...meh, not so much!

1 (866) 216-1072 you ask them to talk to associates and you get another customer sales rep that says they are the associates program

she said it takes 3-5 days to hear back from amazon associates contact form

that is the ONLY way that amazon associates will communicate with people about a specific account question

they WILL NOT make outgoing calls and you can't talk to them directly, no kidding, that's what she said.

if you have any question specifically about your account, from a tracking code, to a violation, to tracking question, to a payment question, it doesn't matter, you have to use the contact form and that is the only way you will get a specific response to your question

I asked if I could reply back to my specific response they will give me in 3-5 days and she said it would probably come from a "no-reply" email. I asked her if they could call me instead of sending an email response and that's when she said their department doesn't make outgoing calls.

that is BS imho. they can answer general questions on the phone but specific answers are only given in emails was what she said.

so to answer the title of the question, there are humans working there, but they are apparently afraid to talk to people and have some really goofy and inefficient way to communicate with people. Like web negative-2.0 or something.

It doesn't matter how much you make, that's their policy.

So back to my original thought, I love the amazon affiliate program, but I sure don't want to invest too many resources into a company that won't answer a specific question on the phone.

There are a gazillion other affiliate companies you can talk to on the phone and don't need to wait 3-5 days to get a response from a "no-reply" email address. Kinda shady eh?

I've used the contact form 2 times recently, and they replied within 24 hours both times. I guess I'm lucky

I've contacted Amazon many times and they have ALWAYS replied and yes by a real human. But it is via email. Maybe you can contact them via email?
