Tons of unknown warrior affiliate requests today.

I have been flooded with tons of affiliate requests on my wso since last night. None of them have purchased or communicated with me. This didn't happen in the beginning. I noticed each also requested affiliate approval from a ton of other warriors. Is this common or a scam brewing up? Some of these people had 2 posts, some had hundreds.

Be careful! Do NOT approve anyone who you don't know. Always send them a PM, try and get some info, look at their past posts, how long they've been a member, etc... do extensive research before approving anyone.

If you get a flood of requests from people you don't know, it's more likely than not, a scam.

Thank you. I assumed this. I didn't approve any of them. Just wanted to see if this is common or unusual.

Yes, always take a look at someone's profile first. If they haven't been on the forum for at least a few years and don't have at least a few hundred posts to their names then I usually wouldn't bother with them.

Yes, you may miss out on some people this way but you are also going to get rid of all the people who are just out to waste your time. Remember these affiliates have to refund YOUR customers if they were paid the commission so all it takes is one rouge affiliate to send you a lot of sales and disappear and leave you out of pocket.

Another thing to remember is that the way Warrior Plus is setup is when an affiliate promotes your product, the first sale will always go to you (the vendor) so this helps eliminate those affiliates just trying to purchase the product through their own link.

Gee, "If they haven't been here for a few years and have at least a few hundred posts, I wouldn't waste any time with them"

Nice to know where you stand in things.

I can only hope one day to be worthy of being in the presence of such greatness.

Yes, by the way, I AM in the Witness Protection Program. I could tell you who I am but then I would have to kill you.

The flood resulted from a script that was being offered. That offer has been deleted and the script blocked. I imagine the flood has suddenly stopped.

No my WSO was fine. I just didn't understand why an odd-number of unknown affiliates began requesting approval who had not even tried out the product. Now I know it was due to that script, which I believe is now closed, so it is no longer a problem.
