How Much More Should My Upsell Cost?

My product is on the verge of completion. I'm going to press the 'go' button as soon as it's done and start selling without the upsell.
However, shortly after I want to add an upsell to my sales funnel.
I've decided to start my product at $27. My competitor's are offering similar products for $19.99 - $47 so I think $27 is a good starting point. I'll do my split testing and find out what works best from there.
My upsell would include complimentary videos that cover the same info that's in the ebook as well as a lot of helpful extra tips & tricks that aren't covered in the ebook.
They would also get a complimentary ebook and videos that cover a different, but related subject to the original ebook purchase.
What do you think is a fair upsell price? I was thinking $37-$47. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys!
