Selling Domain Name .. Need help

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey guys recently my site went haywire and yeah it got ban and stuff....
And Now i was wondering since i am to fetch at least 200-350 visitors perday to that domain... would it be possible if i were to sell the domain ...
what do i have to look out for?
what must i be prepared to know or answer to the seller regarding the domain.
Anyone please?

You're going to have to know how to transfer the domain name to the new buyer. Some domain registers require a fee to do this. You either have to pay this or the person buying has to.

No matter what you have there is always a buyer for it. what you want to say or avoid it is on you. By the way- traffic you said is good.........and any person who will buy will be happy with head start.

Since you havent told us the domain name or niche, we can't give an estimate.
Look on flippa for domains which are in the same niche and have a similar amount of traffic, and this should give you an idea of the value.
