Is the domain broad or targeted to the specific product?

      the domain is broad

im putting all my efforts into getting this inner page review to the top spot of google.

i just want to prove to myself that getting a sale is possible, its more of a mental thing than financial i guess.

ill keep making backlinks for the page for a few more weeks and hope i get my rankings up. At the moment im stuck on the #15 spot.

Hopefully if i can get some more organic traffic for the actual product keyphrase itself i should have some more visitors who are actually looking for a review of the product with the intention of buying.

right now not a lot are coming to the page via the specific product keyphrase, most are coming from similar keyphrases.

Could this have a lot to do with why my conversion rate is 0%

I average 1.13% conversion with 7 sites of which at least 3 don't do any turnover. It's statistics. As long as you are sure that your site is based on a buyer keyword, sales will come although you may not necessarily get rich quick.

One of my sites is based on a browser (as in "I'm just here to have a look around") keyword. No sales. Another site is a buyer keyword but it inexplicably disappeared. Recently is surfaced again and I had 2 sales in less than 2 weeks. That also is statistics.

As far as your price tag is concerned, you've done the right thing by aiming for a higher priced niche. At least you'll see more than peanuts when you'll see something.

HOWEVER, with higher priced niches, you are running the danger of leaving quite a bit of money on the table if you do not reach at least 6 sales per month across all your Amazon accounts (per country). Make sure this does not happen as this can potentially cost you.

I think you are been a little impatient, your site and KWs seem fine but until you move to the first page it will be difficult to gauge, also 100 clicks per month is not enough to base your stats on. The stats will average out with greater numbers, your next 100 clicks could have many buyers!

Be patient and good things will come.

Go after your product keyword phrases and focus on getting high organic rankings for them through backlinking.
