Can't Stand outsourcing!!!

hey all,

this is the second time i have outsourced something on odesk and the communication with both people has been horrible!

First time i wanted backlink built and I offered a very reasonable price and found a candient that i though was reliable... they completed the service and the backlinks were terrible... lets say me site was google.com(i wish!!) instead of the backlinks being to Google, half of them were to htpp://google.com and http://googgle.com. they spelt my domain wrong i campained about the service and requested a refund. 2 weeks later no reply both by email and by odesk.

Second time i wanted keyword research done. found a much more reliable candident with over 500 odesk hours. after sending them the details they agreed the 2 days later wanted an update. no reply. sent a request for an update again, no reply.

any ideas what to do with the second one? i would love to outsource my work but it really just seems to difficult!

    You could try on here to find a Warrior to hire, but then again you may find the same problem.

    I've had nothing but endless problems with outsourcing work and I've been outsourcing work for over a year now. It is very hard to find the good ones out there.

      I agree with some comments made herer. WF can be a little bit more expensive than ODesk but the difference is worth it.

    Give the Odesk people a nudge. Odesk has been fast in giving response whatever my tickets were. Certainly it will be hard to find the right contractor among others but a little test whatever it might be can help you to test who is really up for the job and who is not.

    Ive had bad experiences with outsoucing also.

    It seems with outsourcers, they have enthusiasm when they want to get hired initially, but then later they just make countless excuses why the work hasn't been done, etc..

    Why do not you hire a reliable company instead of freelancers. Since these companies have double and triple quality checks they will rarely go wrong. If any case they go wrong they will refund it easily or they will compensate for the same.

    Why stick to oDesk? There are many outsourcing sites and that's includes WF. Me, i found my worker at onlinejobs.ph. I feel secure with the work she did.

    I've had a problem with odesk people and outsourcing. I've found most of my luck with vworker.com - but the trick with outsourcing is that you have to be very literal and very detailed. Include pictures and examples if you have to.

    When you find that one awesome person. Stick to them like glue.
