15 Year Old asked my opinion..

I have a couple of videos on Youtube, and had a question about one of the products I'm promoting, but I feel that it wouldn't be right for this young person to enter into a subscription for $70 a month, and on top of that to have to create Adwords campaigns to boot.

I'd like to tell them what is the very very best option for them, as young as they are, to help them get started in the right direction. I wasn't even aware of marketing at 15 or making money online and I'd like to send this person a message that will sincerely help them.

It might be a product that can help them, or it might be that they need to camp on the WF until they are older ( I doubt it ), I don't know what the right course of action is, but I don't want to advise this person on how to lose their shirt just because I want commission on a product.

I'd like to be able to send them a message as soon as I possibly can, which is only polite, but so I don't keep them waiting unnecessarily.

Hey I was wondering, once you pay for google nemesis, and say you dont like it, can you end your subscription? Also, is google nemesis sent to you in the mail or downloaded to your computer? And then one more question. I am 15 years old and I was wondering if you think it is probably to difficult for me or maybe I could do it?
I was reading the reviews on the old WF and I just wasn't sure if GN is for them. I wanted them to be able to know of a product or advice that might be more beneficial?

    Ive been in business since i was 13/14.

    $70 is pretty big for a 15 year old...but if it was me at that age id do everything to make enough, or find decent reviews on it.

    I don't think age has anything to do with it, it's the maturity and dedication of said person. I myself am just a few years older than this kid (so I'm a kid too ). I tried GN for a couple months and much as I loved it, I decided to cancel because PPC just isn't my cup of tea. That and the $67/month was pricey.

    If this kid thinks GN is sent in the mail (LOL), then you really gotta put it to him nicely and tell him to come over the good ol' Warrior Forum to learn for free before doing anything else. GN is only for people who are focused and have a nice chunk of change to pay for the subscription and testing out multiple PPC campaigns. It is very tough imo to create those review pages from scratch and then test multiple ads for each of them. He should probably focus on something much less demanding and much cheaper.

    Don't make any assumptions based on age. I did that once, a long time ago. Way, way back when I had a computer retail business I had a 16-year-old kid who wandered into the store in shorts and a tank top and told me he wanted to spend about $5,000 on a very high-end (at the time) IBM-branded business computer system and related accessories.

    I looked him over, considered his age, then tried to sell him on one of the cheap low-end entry level personal PC's...

    A few days later his Dad came down to the store with a 3-ring business check book under his arm. He wrote me a check for the nearly $5,000 for the computer his kid wanted. I thought it was Dad indulging the son -- instead it turns out that the kid himself owned (owned!) a very large plant nursery in the area with about ten employees (one of which was Dad, who was the office manager).

    The kid was doing over a million bucks a year in business.

        Defiantly, Im 17 and have had a few 700 dollars days, in fact i did over £3000 GBP in about 9/10 days. And that included 2 sales on xmas day.

        Next year is going to be very very good, for me.

        I picked up im quickly, as i have had web design skills since i was 13, so it was a natural fit for me as i allready had my first ecommerce store when i was 14 ...importing from asia and selling in the Uk, and just envolved from there.

          Awesome! Great to hear of the younger generations success. I'll get the person who emailed me to check out this post, and entire WF to get more information.

      Even though I make more than a lot of "adults" and 99% more than people my age, there are still kids YOUNGER than me making WAY more. It's crazy!

      What's more important than age is a persons expectations, ambitions, goals, how self-discipline they are, work ethic, dedication, and the list goes ON and ON.
      That's fantastic to hear of your success, I'm sure there are a lot of people who would have loved to have started at a young age, me included

      So how did you start marketing, and what do you attribute to your success?

    If he doesn't know what he is gonna purchase, I don't think GN would be easy for him to catch up with. From his questions it's evident that he is a complete newbie. He is me some 10 months ago. Someone who thinks IM is a cakewalk, but when you realize that there are actual people buying the products you have to sell it is a little bit harder than you think.

    Google Nemesis is definitely not for him. I'd request you to be honest to him cuz once he buys this thing and can't have any success, he may even quit marketing.

    I'd rather have him read Confessions Of An Online Marketer by Glen Hopkins. It's the best read I've ever had... Trust me I've read hundredss of ebooks and its the only one I remember reading.

    BTW, I'm 15 (turning 16 next month).

    He seems to have the capital ($70 is enough for a domain, hosting etc) so you could help him get setup, offer a bit of advice. Point him to Hostgator through your affiliate link, he gets some help, you net the $100 commission... everyone wins.

    Teens seem to be getting more and more into IM, and they tend (from what I've seen) to learn quicker than most adults. I was asking horribly newbish questions around a year ago too. :p

    Hey chaps,

    I don't think Google Nemesis will do him any good to be honest.

    Tell him to get signed up here on the WF, I've got the IMT forum too but we're having a few spam issues and read up!

    I know Shay is offering an awesome WSO right now which would probably be 10x better for his current circumstance, he sounds like he needs a bit of guidance that's all.

    It sounds to me that you don't truly believe the product you are promoting is worth it for anyone.

    Age has nothing to do with it. I know of plenty of teenage millionaires, and there seems to be more and more everyday.

    Take a step back, really look at the product you are promoting, and ask yourself why you feel it wouldn't be right for someone to enter into a subscription for $70/mo and on top of that spend more money on adwords.

    I don't know the product you are promoting, so I have no opinion as to whether it's worth it or not.
