How to use Clickbank?

I'm not sure what you don't understand about Clickbank?

If you don't understand how Clickbank works I suggest that you start learning the basics of internet marketing first (affiliate marketing in particular).

Always first use the search function before you start a thread. Try to read as much topics in this forum as you possibly can, find free reports etc. then choose which way you want to go and stick with it.

Clickbank is an affiliate network where you get paid a commission of the sales amount of products you sell as a representative.

For example, let's say you made a sale of an CD product you are an affiliate for. If the price of the CD is $27 and the commission is 50% you'll get paid $13.50 when you make a sale.

The very first thing you must do is get yourself an Affiliate Code by signing up with CLICKBANK

Then you go to their site and choose Product(s) that you would like to sell. Once you tell the CLICKBANK website that you want to sell a particular product, it ask you for your Affiliate Code and create a unique link that you cut and paste into your website or emails.

If someone clicks on the CLICKBANK links in your website or emails and purchase the product, CLICKBANK will automatically credit your account a commission. Once your commissions reach a certain amount like $100, CLICKBANK sends you a check.

I have actually made hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years selling CLICKBANK products.

If you are a complete noob to affiliate marketing I would recommend you stay away from Clickbank and try amazon associates instead.

You need to build a relationship with subscribers on a list first before attempting to promote things like ebooks on Clickbank.

Assuming you've done what everyone else has posted about and learned some more about what Clickbank is (and if not, why not just go to the source and start reading?). The big checks that people are bringing in are, I think, not quite as big nor being brought in by quite so many people as you might think.

There are two ways to earn money with Clickbank. You can create a product and sell it through their platform. The real appeal here is that absolutely anyone who is an affiliate (somebody who sells other people's products for a commission) can then sell your product FOR you. If your product is good and word gets out, or you're simply lucky enough to have some real professionals start promoting it, it can mean lots of sales for you, with affiliates doing all the legwork.

The other way to make money with Clickbank is to be an affiliate. Check the Clickbank "Marketplace"...find a product or products that would appeal to your list or blog readers or whatever, and market it to them for what is usually a pretty high commission.

One word of advice...particularly if you're just starting out and attempting to sell clickbank products as an affiliate...I'd stay away from the IM stuff. I've bought countless IM products from Clickbank and, literally TWO have been helpful to me. I refunded all the rest...Clickbank apparently will accept almost any claim on a sales page regardless of whether or not there is any truth. If you really really want to sell Internet Marketing products as an affiliate from Clickbank, BUY THE PRODUCT FIRST and be certain it is good and you are offering value...otherwise you'll piss off your entire demographic before you even get started and they'll never trust you again.

I've bought and found many Clickbank products in other niches, though, that are pure gold.

I've found that Clickbank is easy to use. You have to watch out for those long links though. I would suggest using bitley to shorten and hide your long affiliate links.
If you want to use adwords you will have to get a cheap domain say from 1an1 and redirect your affiliate link to the new domain. Of course you can use a blog and do some reviews about some niche products form Clickbank. That is perhaps better, because you have more control.
