I Need Help Marketing My eBook

I own a pizza discount card business and I have written an ebook titled:

"How To Make $150 A Day Producing And Selling Pizza Discount Cards"

I have been marketing it online at: Pizza Card Profits for the past month threw forums, my blog and yahoo answers and have only made 31 sales.

I have been reading about how others have had great success with joint ventures, etc and sell tons of ebooks online using different methods, so I thought I would ask the following four questions:

Can anyone here help me with details on how to do a joint venture deal?

Can anyone give me some ways that would help to promote my ebook?

Can anyone give me some ways to drive traffic to my website?

and

Is anyone here interested in doing a joint venture deal with me to sell my ebook?

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

    I like your concept, seems like an easy sell

    You could approach some people with big lists and give them a free review copy of your eBook - come up with some sort of deal.. you'll find a lot of them here
