Have there been any ebay courses/guides since the new ebay rules?

Hello warriors i was wondering if there has been any recent Ebay guides/courses that is up to date with the new ebay rules. I dont exactly know what the new ebay rules are i just remember reading a post about new rules ebay was creating? I have some stuff i can sell on ebay and was thinking about using that money from that stuff to really get seriously involve with having a ebay business, so i would like to have a course that is up to date...

    I'd search ebay for one of those books... heh.. jk (well kind of)

    I haven't seen much ebay stuff in a long time honestly, not sure if it's nearly as hot as it used to be (but I may be completely wrong there). I remember that stuff used to be a very easy sell though.
