Squidoo/Hubpages - Link to blog or to affiliate product?

Hello fellow warriors. Long time lurker, first time poster. I was wondering if I could get some help with this.

I'm just starting. I've created a couple of blogs on blogger and I have one Squidoo lens completed. My question is this, should my Squidoo lens link to my blog or should it go directly to the affiliate product I'm promoting.

What have you guys and gals had the most success with?

    I started my business in October. I have my pages setup on Squidoo to link to my affiliate product I'm promoting. My hubpages are linked to go to my main Squidoo page. My blogger pages link to squidoo. I have made a couple sales so far with my squidoo page. So far, all of my articles on various article sites all link back to one of two Squidoo pages.

    Squidoo is the kind of tool that you use over and over again, not just once or twice. If you don't want to integrate the affiliate links with the blog links, just create separate lenses for both. A lens that is completely devoted to your affiliate program review would be good - many lensmasters already employ that method.

    I hope you have success using Squidoo; just be sure to do your homework and visit SquidU often. Squidoo is a marketing tool, and like any other tool, you have to know how to use it properly in order to get the results you're looking for.
