Would this be a good niche website??

Hi all

ive been doing some research on keywords and found a:

3 keyword name
Approx CPC - £6+/$12+
no competiton
20k+ global monthly searches <<<EXACT

When i type the keyword on google without the " " i get 4mil+ with no exact title or domain for the keyword
With the " " ("keyword") i get 100k+

Would this be a good niche to go for??

    It's really hard to say without knowing what the niche is.

    A lot of search volume and no competition doesn't automatically make it a winner. If that keyword is typed in by mostly non-buyers, you're not going to make a lot of money.

    It wouldnt be the type of site where you can buy something, it would be more relying on adsense
