Lots of people seem to be in this position lately and getting $500 in a week is possible but you need to work HARD to get it done. Forget about sleep basically.

If you're going to run a WSO then make it service based - you're probably not going to have time to develop a product I'd imagine?

By service based I mean offer link building, write articles, offer to do research etc etc. Play on whatever your greatest strength is. Look at what other people are offering in the WSO or Warriors For Hire Section. Oh and don't forget the Members Looking To Hire You section either :-)

Off hand I'd say offering to write 400 - 500 word articles for $5 might do it. Sure that's 100 articles but over 7 days that's 14 articles a day and if you can do 2 in an hour then it's only 7 hours work per day.

Yes, apart from offering services and products in Warrior Forum, you may also give Fiverr.com and Zeerk.com a try.

Agree! Well its good to be realistic but encouragement and ideas offered are better...for this you have to work really really hard...earning $500 in a week is such a tall order....you know your best skill, find services related to it and do it now. Good luck

  Human instinct loves the quick and easy buck but if truth be known the best marketers will have served their time to pull in the Dollars. Months, sometimes years of hardship to start reaping the benefits. They will have served an apprenticeship...
  
  I am not saying that you can't make a quick buck and there are indeed a ton of WSO's that can make you what you crave. But, for every 1 that makes money using an ethical WSO there will be 10 that have failed miserably.
  
  I use WSO's all the time and make money but to recommend them in this fashion would be unethical as you would need to part with some cash in the hope that they work for you too, this will depend on your personal knowledge and experience.
  
  You say you were robbed, were you not insured, maybe you can get some payment on account?
  
  Nothing is a guarantee in IM, those that say otherwise avoid.
  
  IM is not the place for a quick buck, it's a commitment of time and effort. If done correctly the money will come, more of what works and then more comes. But $500 in less than a week, unlikely, but not impossible.
  
  A post of this fashion does make you a prime target for the Charlatans to take what little you do have, so beware!

  What is with all the negativity in this thread? Even from seasoned Warriors. My advice, based on my own experience, is research the WSO's that focus on service-based offline work (building sites/fb pages, etc, without having to be a site builder genius). Some of them can easily make you $500 and beyond in one week, if you bust your ass, working 8 hours a day. Easily.

  Not a WSO, just free advice. There are other, paid WSO's that are more clever/quick than this one, just do a search on offline WSO's, pick the one that feels closest to your heart and work like the end of the world is coming for a solid week. The results will speak for themselves.
  
  In my experience, nothing will get you quicker cash in hand (starting from scratch) than offering offline services, combined with a clever angle.

As those before me have said there is no "quick legitimate" way to make that kind of money with such short notice.

If there was there would be no need for this forum as we would all be doing it but duplicated multiple times over.

I am sorry that you are in this position but in all honesty I think ebay craigslist or a pawn shop is going to be your best bet for the short term.

Seriously... when it comes to paying bills and getting some quick cash, it's not time to be messing with IM start-ups. If I were you, I would hit the pavement and get something local that's consistent from day to day and reliable. It doesn't matter if jobs are scarce, they ARE out there. If you want it bad enough, you'll find something even it means digging ditches. When it comes to paying the bills to survive, you do what you have to do first and foremost (legally/ethically!!). Then when you get back on your feet you can try some IM ideas.

Only way is to offer services of some sort. Whatever you are good at.
With affiliate programs you won't see $500 in a week, because they have waiting periods before you get your cash.

Well the only thing I can think of is trying to do a fivver gig. Actually selling stuff on craigslist has brought me a lot of quick money. The IM business is NOT a quick fix push button way to get cash. To be successful you need to look at it as a business which takes time to build.

Ebay or Craigslist or Fivver are about the quickest ways. Other than that, unless you can borrow or beg it from friends or family you are SOL.

I'm gonna have to buy FiverrisVERYSLOW.com and spread the gospel, because I see this so many times it's laughable.

If you complete one gig on Fiverr *today*, you will not get that $3.62 or whatever *at least* 14 days. And tbh they don't start counting when you deliver the gig either--I think they wait for the buyer to approve it. I've waited upwards of 17, 18 days.

How is that quick?

Whilst I agree with what you are saying, that Fiverr is a mega quick way of earning money (I earned $30 the first day my account opened)

....you do have a 14 day period before the money is released

and that's assuming that you got the order, returned the work and got reviewed all in one day.

However, if people can wait a little longer for some money, but want to start working now...create a gig on fiverr that means the other gigs can't compete....

You could for example offer a 1000 word article (providing you can write, people will break your arm to buy these from you)for $5.00

Do ten of these and get $40.00

then as you have an established reputation, you can scale it back and offer a 500 word article for $5.00.

Making $500/week is not difficult offering services. I've spent many sleepless nights not too long ago trying to make some quick money. It is possible! Just go for it.

Definitely go with this option. Here is a plan for you:
1) Assess what you can offer. Blog comments, WP installs, Article writing...

2) Sign up to as many webmaster forums as you can.

3) Write a simple sales post with your offering.

4) Partcipate on the forums. Adding value and helping people.

I was gonna suggest the same. Offer a service. Whats better is offering a service offline.

Do some freelancing, if you can babysit, housesit, pawn/sell somethings, barter to get what it is you need the quick cash for (if possible). Borry money from a family member of friend.

I'm not sure if this is your first time being in your situation (I've forgotten that quick what your original post said) but if this is an often event, look into educating yourself with making money online, but don't look to make $500 quickly right off the bat, instead look to learn how to gradually get to that point so that it is easier and quicker...eventually.

Don't give up though, if IM is what you wanna do stick with it, if you're just using IM for the moment to make some quick cash...try doing a garage sale and leaving IM alone. You can be doing so much more beneficial things with your time, thats IF you're not looking to do this long term.

You say that you need $500 this week to pay bills. What happens after you make the $500 and your bills are due again? You need to be thinking long term. Don't ask how to make a quick five hundred bucks. Ask yourself how you can make a steady five hundred bucks. The logical answer is by getting a job. After you take care of that, then come back here and start looking at how you can alter your future.

This seems to be the main problem for some peeps - they expect the money to be delivered and not to have to work at it.

Some of the 'gurus' don't help by saying they make $$$$$ on auto-pilot, because Joe Bloggs sees this and thinks, if they can do it, so can he. What Joe Bloggs doesn't realise is that even the 'gurus' have gone through years of research/testing and tweaking/improvement, etc, to get where they are.

Then there are others who over-inflate their success and have guys believing it.

Yeah, there are guys who will be 'lucky' and succeed first time but these are few and far between and it's important to remember that IM needs working at, just the same as any other job - especially in the early days.

If you assess your own skills, you don't even need to buy a WSO to make cash - there's a ton of FREE information on here to help get you started. Look in the Warriors for Hire etc, for ideas to get you started.

Can you write well?
Are you good with graphics?
can you build backlinks?
Can you put a software package together?

Think about your own skillset - the things you can do well and look for work that fits in with what you're good at. There's always someone looking to hire you to do what they can't do/don't have time to do. And, if you do it well, you can establish a good client base for repeat business.

I do agree though, IM probably isn't the place to focus all your attention right now, especially if you need cash so quick. I'd be out there with mop and bucket in hand doing anything to keep the wolves from the door and then focus on something long term, to avoid the same situation in the future.

i do have a job..you have no idea of the types of things im going thru..
im already in process of running my online business and i know it takes time.
the reason why i dont have money now is because i live in one of the most dangerous cities in the US and unfortunately for me my house got robbed.
i did have a game plan and my mind was set for what i need to do.
but now i dont even have a computer, im writing this from my phone because this is all i have left.

i just wanted to see if someone out there have read some success stories that people have made money in within the first week..but those are mostly offline... anyways..i didnt like your comment..it was a little disrespectful to me

As stated earlier you can earn money by using your abilities such as writing, tech stuff. there are several sights that use this kind of help. As stated before you can use the warrior forum and work for warriors there is fivver where you can sell your goods and skills, you could also try mechanical turk as another site that pays you for your skills. Hopefully this info will help.

Absolutely correct. Start with a strategy to build a list. Had you considered an ad swap, if you have a list? This would accomplish 2 things, adding to your list and within a few weeks if implemented correctly, you could recommend a product.

Im sorry but you are like a lamb headin to slaughter, and a perfect candidate to fall for all the get rich quick Schisters that will promise you exactly what you want, and instead of making $500 you will then need to make a $1000 to try and get back what you lost to the Schisters.

Your mind set is all wrong, instead of looking for a quick buck start re educating yourself and learning what IM is all about and only after you have spent a lot time absorbing the great info on the WF only then decide on what exact method interests you, and then FOCUS ON THAT AND ONLY THAT and learn everything you can about it, implement it consistently and you will then start to see the money coming in, and it will keep coming in month after month.

I know its hard when you are strapped for cash, but you need to learn new skills as there is no overnight riches only overnight nighmares that will cost you money not make you money.

1. Get a loan and pay your bills.
2. Buy WSO, implement the method it explain, earn money.
3. Settle the loan.

P.S, take sometime to settle the loan (4-5 months)
P.P.S, There's no quick ways for internet success.

Unfortunately I don't think this will help you in the short hand but it has helped a few friends of mine that were in a bind.

Check out TaskRabbit, its basically crowdsourced real life job tasks. For example, maybe someone needs dog food delivered to their office or house because they can't pick it up in time. With TaskRabbit that person can then post a job on the site requesting bids on how much someone would charge for that job. It could be $10 or $20 that someones willing to do the job for.

Long story short, you could do a handful of jobs like this throughout a few days and get some much needed cash. Although this will depend on what city you are in and you've gotta go through a quick 'review' process on the site.

There are people on this forum that would have been glad to help with substantial, specific how-to info. Or possibly even thrown work his way. Or even have sent some money via PayPal to help out.

I've seen Warriors here do all of the above to help a fellow Warrior in need out.

However, his rudeness and disrespect to some of the posters here is just incredible. And I know for a fact that there are Warriors here who won't help after reading his comments. It really amazes me that people who are asking for info/help have the audacity to be so rude and arrogant.

The answer is no. Sell some services for quick cash. You won't find the answer for bill paying money instantly in the WSO forum and you may just spend money that you can't afford to spend chasing a magic bullet answer that doesn't really exist.

Thing is with internet marketing it is a business, well atleast most of the people on WF use I.M. as a business, and with business you have to either input time and/or money to get out results. So the more of one you put in the quicker and more effective your results will be.
My example: I have been doing I.M. for about 9 months probably and have only just set up a few sites, I have earned around $900 but most of that has gone back into my business, i.e. hosting, domains, software ect. So if you are looking to make a quick buck dont start your business, just do things for other businesses, online or offline.

Unfortunately there is not much out there for you....the main reason is it takes a week or two to get paid from the majority of online transactions...there for the quickest way would be for you to offer a servbice of some sort online and get paid through yahoo which would take 5 days to process to your bank....services could be write 50 articles for $10 each on elance...or do 100 things on Fiverr....or if you actually had money you could buy and sell websites on flippa.com....to make that much money really that fast your best bet is a PPC campaign...but you need money to do that!

Take a copy of the police report proving you were robbed around to the companies you owe. Most, if not all, will help in a situation like that and that could give you some breathing space.

Then call local agencies (look in the phone book, perhaps?) that can help with short term emergencies and see if you can get some help that way for immediate needs such as food or rent.

Online is rarely the best place to look for fast help so don't overlook the resources right in your community.

Nah but in all seriousness bro, it can be kinda tough to just flat out make $500 in a day and have that cash in hand immediately. Not that its not possible, its just hard cause you dont have any leverage.

My BEST recommendation for you would be to find some really high quality PLR stuff, hook up your PayPal account to it, and run that product on Facebook Ads with like a $200 budget for like 1 or 2 weeks.

If you're selling your PLR stuff for a few hundreds bucks, you should be able to pull in some quick cash.

Here's how I've made $500 within 24 hrs....time and time again!

Forget ONline stuff....you ain't got the Time! You MUST go to someone who HAS $500 TO GIVE YOU!....tomorrow morning...OFFline!

What "Niche" business can give little ol' YOU....$500 in CASHOREENO... tomorrow morning....and...WHY would they do that?....WHAT could little ol' YOU offer that someone would pay $500 for....tomorrow morning?

Well....how bout "Restaurant Owners"!

They have $500 CASH or $500 in their Bank Acct (Probably lots more)

Now....what does little ol' YOU have that would motivate a local Restaurant Owner to fork over a check for $500 to little ol' you?

Put yourself in the "Mind and Body" of a local restaurant owner (hereinafter referred to as "RO") These ROs have spent LOTS of Money and Time...designing the INTERIOR of their business....HOWEVER....their INTERIOR can't be seen by potential diners OUTSIDE their biz!

Would ROs WANT to have their Interiors SEEN by potential diners OUTSIDE THEIR biz? You betcha!

Why? Because it "Looks NICE" and "Appeals" to potential diners. The ROs have spent LOTS of moolah and time making their INTERIORS....APPEALING to potential diners....HOWEVER....the ONLY TIME these potential diners get to SEE the Interior is....WHEN THEY ARE INSIDE!

HOWEVER....what if little ol' YOU....were to show these ROs a way that potential diners can see their Interiors....BEFORE....they enter?

What if YOU could....SHOW HUNDREDS of potential diners...what the Interior of local Restaurants look like....while on the OUTSIDE?

And....if you could provide a PREVIEW of the Interior (even food dishes) to.....hundreds (even thousands) of potential diners...would that be worth $500 to local ROs?

Now...how in the world could little ol' you....do this?

Here's how little ol' ME...has done this many many times.

Now....warning....this is going to cost you a few bux (87.95 to be exact)

1) Monday morning...go down to Wally World (Wal-Mart) into the Electronics Dept and ask a clerk to show you where the "Portable DVD Players" are. Go there and pick up a "Phillips Portable DVD Player" (was $80 a week ago)
2) Download a FREE "Movie-Maker" called "Photo Story 3" by Microsoft (This software will create a "Movie" from STILL Digital Photos...WITH... great background music) All you do is load up the photos you want to include in your "Movie" (DVD) and save and "Burn" to a DVD disk (I use Roxio. I think it's free also)
3) Download one of my 2 "Sample Restaurant Movies" to your pc

YouTube - ‪Marche Restaurant - Eugene,...

(my next Sample is a little more Fancy)

YouTube - ‪Ambrosia...

...and Burn it to a DVD.

4) Place the DVD in the Philipps Portable DVD Player and ....Walk into a "Nice Dinner" restaurant B4 11am....ask to see the owner. Tell the RO you'd like to take a "Quick Minute" (these guys are busy) to SHOW him a way to get MORE Diners INTO his restaurant (ALL ROs want this) Set the Player on his desk (Most times I just set it on a Table or the Bar. It's battery-operated)

5) Turn on the DVD and run it and when it finishes....tell the RO you'd like to take some photos with your Digital Camera (oopps....forgot to tell you you need a Camera) and MAKE A MOVIE like these....AT NO OBLIGATION!
When he agrees....take about 8 or 10 Interior Shots....maybe a plate of food or 2....maybe one of the cooks or wait persons....also a couple of shots of the outside.

6) Go home and make a DVD with PS3, using the digital photos and background music. Burn the movie to a DVD and

7) Go back to the restaurant in the morning. Tell the owner you'd like him to SEE the "Movie" you created for him. Watch his eyes and expression as he SEES ....HIS OWN RESTAURANT....IN THE MOVIE! When it finishes, tell him you will put it on YouTube for him for $350....and....if he'd like to have a DVD copy and....exposure on 27 OTHER Video Sites (via Tube Mogul)...it's another $150...for a Total of $500!

Now....you can add some other stuff to this for a Monthly Residual HOWEVER....we're talking about putting $500 Bux in yer Jeans....tomorrow!

If you can't do this....you've got terrible "bad breath"!

Don Alm...STILL doing this and lovin' it!

Ohhh....2 extra points;
1) Go to your local City Hall or County Bldg and ask for the "New Business Licenses" dept. Ask for a copy of the "LIST" of New Businesses the last 6 mos (New Restaurants are the best to hit)
2) Grab a domain....www.Tacomas Best Italian Restaurant.com (whatever your town's name is and whatever type of cuisine)....set up a ONE-Page site with your Video and a Form where potential diners can enter in their names & addresses to be included on the Restaurant's List.

That's a well thought out plan, gives me something to think about. Also, if someone couldn't afford to buy the DVD player, couldn't they start off by using e-mail -sending restaurant owners the video? This would be more effective, of course, if you presold it by calling or walking into the restaurant first and getting permission to send the video.
I can see, though, how just putting the DVD player in the restaurant owner's face could bring a fast sale.

I don't think any one is trying to be negative. A lot of us have been in tough situations and we know how hard and depressing it is.

But we also read the whole thread which includes the part about the OP's computer being stolen and that he's using his phone to post. That means a lot of the suggestions people are making are unworkable.

Without a computer perhaps an offline way of making extra money would be better right now.

Making money online is not "quick", at least it was not for me. I know I am not the only one either. I made only $30 or $40 my first month, by sitting and placing free classified ads all day.

Everyone wants to earn money fast. There are many ways yet so far I have heard about Profit lance system that will allow you to earn money as much as you want. I haven't tried it myself but according to those who have tried it, they were eventually successful. You can check on it if you want.

As others have said there are no over night riches on the internet. Well let be back track, yes there are once you are well established and have a name in the market, you only need to look at some of the WSO to see what can be earn in hours.

But back to you and your question, when I have been in your position I have gone out and done some work.

And as others have said I have offered my services in areas I know online. Yes I had to offer lower rates than I would normally charge, but at the end of the week I had cash in my pocket.

Probably, selling links is the best way. Also, you can get work as a va. For example, on my own forum a lot of people want to sell see alice and rorex reprica. I get tired of hitting the DELETE button all year. This is the typical work of a va.

You could always go the traditional method, and walk into any small business, ask them how their online advertising is going on, and offer to improve it for them, be it via PPC or building them a blog that gives them a presence on the social networks, or even design their site, ofcourse you would want an upfront payment

OK I want to share one of my offline methods I sometimes use to generate quick cash on demand.

Essentially, what I’ve been doing is buying exact match domain names for “local” SEO terms. That may sound confusing if you’re new to this stuff, but it really isn’t!
Here’s a quick example…

Firstly, by “local” I mean local business type terms such as <city name> salon, <town name> restaurants, <city name> plumbers, and so on.
So let’s say the town/city we picked (just pick one at random – although preferably don’t pick a MAJOR city like NYC as there will be some competition!) was “Bolton”, which is a city in the UK, and the local biz we were going for is restaurants.
I’d literally buy the domain name BoltonRestaurants.co.uk or Bolton-Restaurants.co.uk (.co.uk since it’s a UK town – it can help rankings slightly in the UK)… An exact match to the term.

Next I’d throw up a basic WordPress blog (default theme ‘n all, no need to be fancy) and put up a single post with the exact keyword title once more (“Bolton Restaurants”) as the post title.
I’d then write a 300 word micro-post about Bolton and restaurants… It barely even needs to make sense, as long as it’s unique content (not copy/pasted!) – this usually takes me about 4-5 minutes. I just make it up… i.e “Welcome to Bolton Restaurants, this site is dedicated to finding the best food in Bolton, whether it’s Indian, Chinese, English, or whatever you desire. Bolton is a town in the UK, …” and so on.
Finally, I’d publish the post and ping the site with Pingoat (google it if you’ve never seen it)… And wait.

Yep, I’ll do nothing but wait for 3-5 days. I wont do anything.
After those 3-5 days, check that Google has indexed your site by typing in the URL… E.g. boltonrestaurants.co.uk – if you see your site, you’re indexed.
Next up, check where you’re ranked for the keyword…

You should be in the top 20 at least, if not the top 10!
After another week or so you should definitely be in the top 10, probably top 5.
And this is without ANY linkbuilding or any real work…
And now, the magic bit – you call up a restaurant in Bolton for example (or email if you prefer) and show them the site and where it is ranking, offering it to them for $500-1000. My conversion rate is usually really high… Meaning I only have to contact two restaurants for a guaranteed sale.

in the begining i was think you want to make easy cash just like flip your hand , i always read some feed back who ever thread on this forum before i leave some coment,
may be this not a coment for you to help you clear your situation right now, I do understand what you feel but you need to be pation, when people try to leave coment to you , if that good take it if not good just leave it there dont take it, couse make your life more worse bad aura on you getting big,

have you ever considered donating sperm? Seriously, I was reading you can make like $800 a pop doing stuff like this, dude, seriously, you'll be making money hand over fist.

I know people will think I'm joking, but I'm dead serious right now. I'd look into this, there are a select few people who even know about this trick, why not make money off of it, it just goes wasted anyway.

There's a few ways to make "quick" cash, you just have to be creative and/or know where to look? For example, I found something cool and was able to make about $100 or so on it, yesterday. I may have just been in the right place in the internet at the right time.

If you are creative you can try a Fiverr clone. Are there any out there that don't make you wait 14 days?

Or, can you write. There seems to be tons of people looking for article writers. I remember about 2 years ago, I made my first $20 on a PLR article pack that I wrote and sold at another forum.

I've heard the masses talking about article writing and it's a cool method. However, rather than selling your articles, it would be better to write an article and submit it to Ezines and other directories with your affiliate link. If your article has the keywords and is a consumer hungry product/information, then you could make that $500 in a week.

There's a guy on Ezines who has had over I think 60,000 views on his weight loss article since January. His affiliate commission is around $30 per sale. If we assume that 10% of all viewers purchased his product/information via his link, then he's made $180,000 ( 60,000 *10/100*30).

Let's assume the worst case conversion rate of 1%, then he's still made $18,000 since January (60,000*1/100*30). Can you see the power in this?

I started off with the free training available out there on learning IM and learning from many fellow Warriors who are truly great people.

I hope you achieve your goal because something similar happened to me and it's not the greatest times in life. But you will ride through these storms with success.

These posts get on warriors nerves deep down, but to be polite we will help.

You dont want a money spinner, what you want is a real business with real leverage.

I have done well by selling stuff people want and by buidling a list of hungry customers. If they are thirsty then offer water, if they are hungry, give them some cake and so on and so on.

There is no holy grail to IM. So forget about it. heck do you really want a money spinner, or a real business. I mean...serioulsy.

If i said what If i gave you the tools to create a business from scratch to make you $1000 this week ..... I will show you. But also what If I told you how to make $300 a week over and over for the rest of your days!

There is a saying that goes, "A hungry dog hunts best."

You know what I mean. So you're hungry. The problem, though, is that when one is desperate they often tend to make unwise, hurried decisions. Right now you can't afford to make a mistake, not even one, in what you do online. I'd wait until you're not desperate and have a little cash socked away before you try to start earning online.

The other thing, like someone alluded to above, is that the people who could help you the most--the ones who are making significant money online--are not likely to give away their best secrets in a public forum. Most of these people have spent years honing their skills and working out successful business plans. In other words, they have made sacrifices to get to where they are today. Those sacrifices may have been monetary, maybe time away from family, maybe other things.

When someone asks how to make quick money online, it comes across as--I know you made sacrifices and invested time to get to where you are, but I don't have time--just show me how to make money right now. And that doesn't fly with most people who have made it online. My first question would be, "What are you willing to sacrifice to become successful in selling online?"

If you answer to that question is, Nothing, then really--I wouldn't be of a mind to help out. Not being negative, just telling how I feel. I'd put off the IM stuff until you get stabilized.

Having said that, here's just an idea. One of my best friends owns a bar, a club. Some of my friends and I go in a couple times a week before they open and have coffee and lie about the size of fish we caught, our golf scores, stuff like that. I have seen people do the following and if you are a hustler you can make money doing these things.

Go in a few bars or mom-and-pop type restaurants and give a quick look around the outside. Go inside and check out the rest rooms. Get a drink or something and just check it out. People that own such places always have stuff that needs to be done. Go in just after they open. Owners are often there doing books, counting money, preparing deposits, checking inventory, etc.

Offer to do some services for them such as...

1. Often such places have small yards. Offer to mow the grass and sweep the clippings off the sidewalks when done.

2. If you've got a lawn spreader, buy a couple bags of fertilizer and offer to apply fertilizer to their grass to make the outside look more appealing to passers by.

3. Offer to sweep all sidewalks and parking areas to remove broken glass, cigarette butts, dirt and stones. If you've got a high-power, gas powered air blower you could use that to help as well.

4. Get yourself a squeegee, a pole, and a bucket and offer to clean all exterior windows.

5. Get a caulking gun and a few tubes of white latex caulk and offer to re-caulk around the floor-wall joints; around the sinks, stools, urinals, etc. to spruce up the restrooms a bit. Check the outside windows and offer to re-caulk around them as well.

6. Rent a carpet cleaner and offer to come after closing and clean the carpet. You can make a couple hundred bucks cleaning a carpet in such places in 2-3 hours.

7. If they have hedges, bushes, etc. outside offer to trim them up with manual or electric hedge clippers.

8. See if the bathrooms or hallways need painting. A good painting job should get you half way to the $500 you need.

Those are just some ideas. But I have seen people do each and every one of those services at places like I described. If you can stack several of these services together for one business, you could make your money in a single day if you line up maybe just a couple of bars or restaurants to work with.

That stuff works. It not the glorious, guru-image big IM money you want, but it's money and you said you were desperate. --Mike

Why? Because it "Looks NICE" and "Appeals" to potential diners. The ROs have spent LOTS of moolah and time making their INTERIORS....APPEALING to potential diners....HOWEVER....the ONLY TIME these potential diners get to SEE the Interior is....WHEN THEY ARE INSIDE!

HOWEVER....what if little ol' YOU....were to show these ROs a way that potential diners can see their Interiors....BEFORE....they enter?

What if YOU could....SHOW HUNDREDS of potential diners...what the Interior of local Restaurants look like....while on the OUTSIDE?

And....if you could provide a PREVIEW of the Interior (even food dishes) to.....hundreds (even thousands) of potential diners...would that be worth $500 to local ROs?

Now...how in the world could little ol' you....do this?

Here's how little ol' ME...has done this many many times.

Now....warning....this is going to cost you a few bux (87.95 to be exact)

1) Monday morning...go down to Wally World (Wal-Mart) into the Electronics Dept and ask a clerk to show you where the "Portable DVD Players" are. Go there and pick up a "Phillips Portable DVD Player" (was $80 a week ago)
2) Download a FREE "Movie-Maker" called "Photo Story 3" by Microsoft (This software will create a "Movie" from STILL Digital Photos...WITH... great background music) All you do is load up the photos you want to include in your "Movie" (DVD) and save and "Burn" to a DVD disk (I use Roxio. I think it's free also)
3) Download one of my 2 "Sample Restaurant Movies" to your pc
YouTube - ‪Marche Restaurant - Eugene, Oregon‬&rlm;
(my next Sample is a little more Fancy)
YouTube - ‪Ambrosia Restaurant‬&rlm;
...and Burn it to a DVD.

4) Place the DVD in the Philipps Portable DVD Player and ....Walk into a "Nice Dinner" restaurant B4 11am....ask to see the owner. Tell the RO you'd like to take a "Quick Minute" (these guys are busy) to SHOW him a way to get MORE Diners INTO his restaurant (ALL ROs want this) Set the Player on his desk (Most times I just set it on a Table or the Bar. It's battery-operated)

5) Turn on the DVD and run it and when it finishes....tell the RO you'd like to take some photos with your Digital Camera (oopps....forgot to tell you you need a Camera) and MAKE A MOVIE like these....AT NO OBLIGATION!
When he agrees....take about 8 or 10 Interior Shots....maybe a plate of food or 2....maybe one of the cooks or wait persons....also a couple of shots of the outside.

6) Go home and make a DVD with PS3, using the digital photos and background music. Burn the movie to a DVD and

7) Go back to the restaurant in the morning. Tell the owner you'd like him to SEE the "Movie" you created for him. Watch his eyes and expression as he SEES ....HIS OWN RESTAURANT....IN THE MOVIE! When it finishes, tell him you will put it on YouTube for him for $350....and....if he'd like to have a DVD copy and....exposure on 27 OTHER Video Sites (via Tube Mogul)...it's another $150...for a Total of $500!

Now....you can add some other stuff to this for a Monthly Residual HOWEVER....we're talking about putting $500 Bux in yer Jeans....tomorrow!

If you can't do this....you've got terrible "bad breath"!

Don Alm...STILL doing this and lovin' it!

Ohhh....2 extra points;
1) Go to your local City Hall or County Bldg and ask for the "New Business Licenses" dept. Ask for a copy of the "LIST" of New Businesses the last 6 mos (New Restaurants are the best to hit)
2) Grab a domain....www.Tacomas Best Italian Restaurant.com (whatever your town's name is and whatever type of cuisine)....set up a ONE-Page site with your Video and a Form where potential diners can enter in their names & addresses to be included on the Restaurant's List.

I don't think that money grow on trees. I am learning Internet Marketing from almost a year. I have done several successful off-line businesses in my life, several of them in multi-million $ size. I hate lies and BS. I have lost a lot of money for buyinc crappy products, pomising to you "star from the sky", "instant ATM" or whatever.
Either you are good at it and it takes the effort to achieve it, or you are among 95 % failing businesses. 95 % or more IM businesses fail in the first 3 months.
If you are talking in days, you shall have a responsive list. Seasoned gurus can make millions inhours, but it takes to have ten of thousands of subscribers, which is not a task for desperate week, but for months and years. There are geniouses, but if you don't have monay for bills, borrow some from your friends, mom, or sell something. And prepare for a longer run, If you want to be between success stories.
That's only mental advise.
I plan to invest 25 000$ into the business. Not to digg out 500 out of nothing.
This way of thinking does not lead into succesful future.
Or sit in the nights.
Translation services give 25 euro per page in Europe. You can translate 10 pages a day and you have 250 euro during 1 day. If you are good at it.
Do something, you are good at it.
If you charge 100$ per hour you need 5 hours not the 5 days.
But what you can offer ?
What good can you offer to me, to make me convince that I shall pay you today 500$ ?

I believe the benefit from your question is when you reverse it and ask yourself "what i can offer to people that can make me get $500?"

Ignore all of these people saying you cannot make 500 this week.. They are making way more then that, and are trying to cut down on the incoming competition..

I constantly find new creative ways to make money TODAY.. Once your out of the rate race, and you have been doing this for a few years, it is fun to come up with little competitions with your self

I have a little game I like to play with some of my other I.M. friends.. What we do is set some guidelines, (you know, keep it "as beginner" as possible, so no using lists, or paid traffic sources..) There are a million ways to make 500 bucks this week.. Use your head, think critically, and work hard at it, you CAN do it.

yup.. sorry to tell u the hard truth but u will not succeed in this IM world if that is ur attitude. [meaning if u think it can be done fast and easy then u are going to fail]

and you open urself up for many scams, and its just a road of deception and u dumping money to scammers.

as to what slugger_mn is saying, i agree its possible to make $500 a week. but think about it, u are not going to make that amount straight off when u start in IM..

is like lets say building 1 floor in a high rise building takes 1 week to complete and u tell the contractor " ok, since u take 1 week to complete 1 floor i want u to build this 4 story building in a month."

does it make sense to you? if it does and u think its doable then u are doom to fail in IM..

because u forgot one most important thing, FOUNDATION!

anyone in the construction line will tell you the longest process in building a building is in the foundation. once that is done the levels will go up very fast.

so u see completing a level in a week is easy, its doable but u fail to see how long and how much they have done for this people to reach that stage to be able to do it in a week.

same with this.

u arent going to earn any money off the 1st week just to pay ur bills.

BECAUSE EVEN IF U DO u are gonna have to wait for the payouts or the withdrawing process from what ever payment service u use.

so with all this factors, pls stop dreaming.. haha =)

It's hard to tell you a surefire way that you can make $500 right now without knowing more about you. No one knows your skills or what you have the ability to do. There are threads started like this every single day by people joining this forum expecting to find a "magic bullet" to end all of their financial problems. That is why you have received many of the responses that you are considering to be "stupid" or "offensive."

You mentioned in a reply that you don't have a computer...so unless you have access to one, then you want to venture into things you can do offline in order to make a quick buck. You could mow lawns, wash cars, walk dogs, etc etc. Anything that other people would pay for to keep from having to do themselves.

That would guarantee the quickest amount of cash, as it would be in your hand the moment you finished the job.

I'm chuckling to myself reading these replies, and then reading some of these sigs.

Why are people so annoyed/surprised/whatever feeling that new people would come in here and ask for what is being offered in the WSO forum or in some of the sigs in this forum?

I'm also a little surprised at the number of folks who say that's unreasonable/not gonna happen/etc.----- to me it sounds the same as people going 'you can't make money online, that's crazy!'

You can make $500 bucks in a week by selling stuff on ebay, freebie trading, and offering services such as writing/programming/designing/link building. WILL you? That's debatable due to a number of factors, but of course it's possible. Anything is.

If you need quick cash you should sell a service - do something that will make money create a website, bring traffic, use your head! There are so many ways to make money. If someone were to point a gun to your head and tell you to make money on the computer I'm sure you would work and take action.

Sorry to hear your situation.

Here's the best advice I can give you:

First - Don't waste time buying WSO's right now. Save every cent you can.
Most WSOs will take time to implement, at least 2 weeks to a month before you can start to earn anything substantial.

I'm going to tell you what I used to do in the past when I wasn't earning allot online, and I got in a tight situation and needed money RIGHT AWAY.

I'm talking about earning $300 - $500 from scratch in 3 - 5 days!

So here's my suggestion, it's something anyone can REALLY pull off once you follow what I say:

1) Go to Elance.com - Register an account there. It's Free to join.

2) If you can afford $10, sign up for the "Individual" package which gives you 25 "Credits" to apply to Jobs with.
If you can't afford $10, you'll have to start with 10 Credits and pay for more credits after you land your first Project.

-----

3) Quickly put together a decent Portfolio, you'd of course need to have some sort of skill you can offer there.

25 Credits means you can apply for 25 Jobs/Projects basically.

All you'll need to do is land 2-3 Projects and you can get $500 in under 1 week.

4) For your first Job, all you want is FEEDBACK!
Once you get good Feedback on that site, Buyers don't care how many jobs you did in the past, they look at Average Feedback score first.

So... You're basically going to "Beg" for Feedback.

Apply to a Job worth let's say... $150 - 250.
Look at the Bids of the other Applicants and Bid LOWER than them all, at the Minimum limit of $50.

Write to the Buyer:

"Hey! I'm very interested in your Project... etc...
I have all the required skills... etc...
but... I'm in urgent need of money right now, so I'm willing to do an excellent Job for you at the minimum Bid of only $50."

Chances are they will hire you right away once you can prove you have the skills.

Sure you may end up doing more work than what is worth for $50, but you are in a tough situation right?

For example, I would offer a Logo Design + 5 Banners for $50 if I was in urgent need of $.
Normally I would charge ~$150 for something like that professionally done.

5) So once you land your first job which isn't that Hard to do, they give you Full 5 Star feedback because you gave them a steal of a Deal.

-----

6) Now you are looking for the Big Jobs, paying $500.

For example, I would apply to a Job asking for a Website to be Built. Websites start at $500 usually.

I tell them again, I'm in need of money, I'll do that Job for you for 50% of the Basic Price, $250.

Again, chances are you'll get hired if you can show you have the skills and drive.

7) Let's say the Project will take more than a week to complete, ask them for upfront payment because of your situation.

Yeah... it sounds demanding, but it works.

Once I explain myself to a Client, that I was in a tough situation, and I needed money now. They often sympathized and gave me the upfront payment.
Of course I held up my side of the deal very well.

-----

8) So you only need to land 2-3 Projects paying $200 - $250.
Let them pay you upfront because of the situation, and promise that you'll be spending the rest of your month working to give them back double the value.

-----

9) You can get your money in as little as 1-2 days from Elance.
Don't waste time with Fiverr which takes 14 days, or other sites that keep your money on hold.

So, this is what I had to share for you and others in need of URGENT cash.

It works, because I've done it in the past when I was low on money.
I own Dedicated Servers that cost me $300+ per month to run my business.
In the early days when I didn't earn allot from it, I'd often come up short on $ at the end of the month.

So sometimes I'd have to get $300 in 3 days, and this is what I did.

You can use this Philosophy anywhere! not just on Elance.

Go to a local store and tell them you are willing to work as a Night-shift Security for 2 weeks at 1 week's pay.

You can find allot of stuff people will be willing to pay you for if you give them a 50% price deal for your skill.

Just be sincere and honest and people will easily trust you.

Lastly, prayers work for me. I trust in God in tough situations.

Also have you thought about promoting CPA offers offline?

By doing pretty simple things like distributing flyers or placing a target CPA flyer at a business where your offer could help out their customers, you could be on your way to generating some serious dough.

After you start seeing what works best for you locally, you can then outsource via Fiverr and Fiverr like services to expand your business to a greater extent.

Hey I feel your pain....I was in your same situation about a month ago and realised I had a lot of "stuff" I had not used in years so I posted it on local craigs list and sold $375 real quick.

a burnt pocket. Yes, there are some great systems within this forum, but
I can tell you right now that they aren't executed in a single night. If you

Well there are a few things an adult with a car can do to make quick money. Your friends here just need to think outside the box.
Personal (clean and polite) taxi...im sick of these cabs that are filthy and drivers so rude! I wouldn't mind paying my friend's mother extra to take me to work.
Breeding. Have a purebred dog or a cute mutt? Im looking for a dog right now...know anybody who has cute puppies for about a cheap 300-400 each? Grab 2 cute cats off the street. Hopefully they make cute kittens! Invest in 2 purebred cats. Look at how much they go for each kitten. A grand and up at times!
Sell yourself....who doesnt like pears? I sure do. ..yes i do..
Own a house? Watch somebodys children. Watch somebodys pet while they go camping.
Learn how to do black peoples hair...i pay my cousin 60 to do my hair and thats my being cheap. (FYI im only HALF black)
You have a car right? Start a cleaning buisness.

Instant money is hard these days. You will have to earn it with hard work and patience. It's the same as "there's no such thing as easy success". If you really have to earn that much with the little span of time you will have to involve your self in a dirty business which is of course not a good thing to do. Only desperate people can do that and has no confidence on competing in a fair game.

I would offer any type of services you can imagine on fiverr.com you can easily make 100 sales worth $5 in few days if you do some research. See whats selling there and make similar but better offers. Offer even 2x more as your competition.

Try freelance sites. You won't earn $500 in a week but it's a start. I offered writing services on Odesk and Freelancer. Worked for every employer who would hire me. Took me three weeks to earn almost $300.

i bought of wso and did exactly and better what they claim earned them money......most of it does not work........if it is still working they will never give to you.
i tried 3 coaches on this forum,

I can't help but shake my head anytime I see another post like this. If you are in a squeeze for quick cash... online is no different than offline. Be ready to invest your time and money and EARN results. Are you going to make $500 in a week? I'd be willing to bet $1,000 on "NO". Too many people turn to the internet with a LOTTERY mentality and too many unethical marketers are right there saying "YES" you can make money overnight, just buy "MY" product... Let's get real people.

If you need money by next week... Borrow it.

If you are SERIOUS about building a profitable business online over the next 2 years... Welcome, you are in the right place.

There is one way that I am just going to begin to make money. I have web based skills. Maybe you have such a skill, hit up places like oDESK and ID verify and fill out your pofile, even with a portfolio of what you have done.

I have done this and have one tiny job for 4.75 to complete very soon and a $400+ job in interview. I only got this job, the big one before Christmas.

Use the bidding slots for jobs you know you can do.

Andrew Davis IS right! I did much like Andrew Davis and possibly am getting a four hundred and Fifty dollar job pretty much off the bat.

I have a suggestion:

Follow this steps:

1) Find an affiliate program similar to digiresults.com. Why? The affiliate program pays instantly into your paypal account. I'm not sure whether they had changed the rules or not, but try to find this type of affiliate program.

2) Get an adwords coupon. Try to search on fiverr or anywhere else. You'd be surprised on how many fiverr gigs selling this.

3) Advertise...advertise...advertise.
