Free E-mail Marketing Method

Hello Warriors!

I just wanted to inform you that there is another way around paying for aweber or i-contact or whatever services that are out there charging you money.

Of course, you wont have the benefits of tracking your click through and open rate (which I'm not saying are not important) - but still - if you don't have the money to afford these services, this is better than nothing:

Open up a free account on yourmailinglistprovider.com (I'm sure there's plenty of other services that offer this as well) and use it to set-up an e-mail opt-in for your page which will collect e-mail addresses for you.

Now, since you only have a limited amount of e-mails you can send to your contacts (excluding the 1st email which delivers the promised opt-in reward), you can use your own personal e-mail account and add multiple recipients (the list you collected via opt-in) for sending out e-mails and building relationship with your contacts.

Once again, this is not and should not be a permanent solution for anyone who is serious about e-mail marketing, but it is better than sitting around, waiting for the money to buy a premium account, missing out on opportunities to start building your list and your relationship.

Hope this helps

Kind Regards
Zannix

So many free options that are less work...

Plus some companies will not let your import those leads when you decide to move up...

Free Autoresponder services that will prevent this:

    Imnica - up to 1000
    iContact - up to 500
    GetResponse - up to 100
    ListWire - unlimited
    AutoSenders.com - up to 1000

And of course MailChimp, but I don't recommend you use them, search for "mail chimp" on this forum and you will see why...

Yeah for everyone asking why, I got this this morning:

      Hello Berry,

Thank you for interest in our service.

Unfortunately, MailChimp is not able to serve as your email provider,
because there is something about your industry, or something about
your list, that conflicts with our terms of use.

Your account falls under this prohibited content and / or industry
noted in ours Terms of Use under exhibit (f): something about your industry/content/list

We want you to know that we're sorry we can't help you, that we don't
judge people, and we don't judge what industry you're in. Most
importantly, as a business, we truly do want your money.

But there are just some very strict and complicated spam laws, spam
filters, and ISP rules out there that we have to comply with in order
to get emails reliably delivered for all of our customers. Some
industries and list types tend to generate more than average complaint
rates (legit or not) with their emails, which is a risk that we
      unfortunately cannot take.

      Sincerely,

      The MailChimp Compliance Team

I got that same email... It was because I was "affiliate marketing" and I all I did was suggest to my customers that they sell my product for 100% commission... Was about 5 minutes after broadcast for me to get that email...

Mailchimp has their place, but I wouldn't suggest it for any internet marketer...

        Cheers,
        Coby

Anybody knows which email service will let you import your existing list without sending a new confirmation email to your imported list?

BTW - AWeber will charge you extra once you go over 500 subscribers. I am not happy with AWeber and looking for another service.

One Word - Imnica... You choose rather or not they get confirmation and rather or not they trigger your autoresponder sequence...

I think I've heard that iContact will allow you to do this as well.

I have an Imnica account and and iContact account but have never had to import any list into iContact.
