    I mean not just content writers who can write about anything, but who I can hire and work with, and who is expert in that niche.

      You can often find experts in niche forums. You'll always find a few people in every forum who regularly contribute and know their topic well. It's just a matter of approaching them and asking them if they'd be willing to write for you.

        I think all the suggestions above are good ones.

        You can also sometimes find people by looking around at people's websites and published work (even sometimes in an article directory like Ezine Articles - don't imagine that all their authors are marketers!) and contact any suitable-looking ones by email, to ask if they'll write for you.

        But college and universities are typically very good places to find literate experts on a broad range of subjects.
