Building Tier 2 - 3 to blogposts, questions / advice. Thanks!

So, I wouldn't say I'm a noob as I've been here for about 2 years and I'm pretty good with web design. I've proven myself to rank pretty well with some keys. As I'm progressing, I'm running into some questions - and for those of you whom have a more advanced experience in this field - I'd appreciate your advice.

I've hand written about 150 blogposts; and had these blogposts posted throughout many different websites / ips throughout the net. Now do I just (1) let them be, maybe throw them into linklicious, or (2) - what my title says.

If 2, what would be the best way to build back links to these 150 blog posts, before I move onto other projects? Or is this a waste of time and money.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Maybe just throwing 15k blog comments at these?

    It's a little hard to say, I don't really understand what your title means.

    It's also a bit hard to suggest what to do, because you haven't said what your goal is. Assuming its ranking something, but with how many different anchor texts and to how many pages, stuff like that.
