Building Customer Relationship In Lingerie Niche

Need to know the demographics of your list ... what keywords did you use? Is it mainly female or male? Have you all ready sent out promotions to them?

Do you have any products picked out in those niches? It's good to know your offer before deciding how to present it ...

But let's say you had lingerie to sell them ... you could pre-sell them with a little bit of information on how to buy lingerie.

Maybe something about picking the right lingerie ...

It's about more than just picking what you like ... it's about what compliments your body and accentuates the features your have while diminishing the ones you don't.

Elaborate on colors, textures, styles to provide some value and help them purchase some lingerie they'll be happy with.

If it's directly within Lingerie I would keep it there for now and see if people unsubscribe ... if you start sending them weightloss and dating advice they just might?

Unless you get to know your demographics stick to what you know they want more information on ... lingerie...

I am just normal ebay seller.
When I sell, I have email add.
I mainly sell babydolls, teddies & corset.
I'm just try to give out free info to get relationship.
I want to get connected with them.

I realise that 'Buying Lingerie Guide' is all over the net. I want new ideas.
I might follow NRC1983 advise. Create a blog for my store. That's a super great ideas.
Maybe make it a community site other than just a blog..We're still planing.

I have never had a problem dominating the lingerie niche.

Oh wait... you're talking about online business.

Maybe the online solution is a system that automatically answers, "No, this would not make you look fat."

I am a women here, so I am probably part of your key demographic. I would honestly have a blog instead of an ebook.

You could have your blog have articles on tips for great sex, romance, fashion, relationships and other things women like to read. you also might want to target your blog at men buying lingerie for their girlfriends/wives.

Back when I was in school, I had a friend who worked for Victoria's Secret as a retail clerk. Her pet peeve was guys coming in to buy presents who, when asked their girlfriend's size, would take a fair amount of time eyeballing her and answer 'about your size'.

This girl looked like a lingerie model.

The redeeming part was when the wife or girlfriend brought the item back to get the right size.

The point of the story is that you could offer a 'guy's guide to guessing girls' sizes', maybe with some photos to illustrate...

I just sell my lingerie via ebay like many other sellers.
I have a list and I want to have relationship with them.
DO you recommend to have a blog for the ebay store and talk about all those related information?
Then, send them the blog url?

Yes. I might go into these related niches in my one blog as recommended. Means that one blog with have

all information below: great sex, romance, fashion, relationships, men buying lingerie for their

girlfriends/wives, guy's guide to guessing girls' sizes. Is it better to have all of them into one

blog right? Feel weird to have separate blogs on each one of them. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yes. They are many difference types of lingerie. Chemise, babydoll, teddies, corset and some even more

complicated with mixed type. Is it useful to explain how are each lingerie type look like and show

them with pictures? Do you think is a good idea? Do men or women really need these info?

Thanks all the warriors giving me some ideas. I am still waiting for more ideas to come.

A question to any women in this forum, do you have any ideas what kind of jewelry that you'll wear

with your lingerie. If possible, we can expand this niche a little further into jewelry. Will they

look more sexy or hot when wearing a few jewelry together?

I have done some research and some seller sell mudflap girl. I think most American knows this.

Hopefully can have idea with 'niche' type of jewelry like mudflap girl. Not the common jewelry design.

I don't believe that VS does any drop shipping. They've invested a lot into their combo of website/catalog/retail shops. Drop shipping via a bunch of (no offense intended) nobodies on eBay would dilute the brand. Plus, there's the risk of getting involved with marketers who do things like spamming.

In their shoes, I'd see more risk than reward from a dropshipping program.
