UV can be spammers?

Only for June, I have 1379 UV as of today. Not even one full months. I don't do paid traffic or article marketing with this site. All I did was like 10 blog comment backlink. I had around 300 UV last month and I am not sure what is driving traffic to this site.

But I am getting like 200+ spam comments (some of them doesn't look like spam) and getting sick of it.

Where are these spammers coming from and how to block it?

    It could be spammers using scrapebox who found your blog comments on sites they already spam and found you.
