Clickbank VS 1ShoppingCart. Help me choose an affiliate network as a vendor

I'm finally working on my own product and want to setup my affiliate program as soon as the product goes live.
I see that many big launches use 1shoppingcart instead of clickbank. What's the advantages and disadvantages of one to the other?
My product will be a web-based application that I'll charge monthly fees.
I think that I'll recruit much more affiliates with clickbank since the hoplink creation happens in a matter of seconds, while 1shoppingcart requires filling a long affiliate application form, and an approval process. But I can't find out why big launches don't use clickbank despite its simplicity and big affiliate army.
