Hi, Chris - Here's what I do:

Suppose my review site was "animal cracker reviews" and that was also my main keyword. I'd do a Squidoo lens using that same keyword as the URL and title for my lens. I would then break the "animal crackers" into three main types that are important to the niche like: "frosted animal crackers", "toddler animal crackers", and "healthy animal crackers" (I'm making these up...).

My modules would then look something like this:

• Intro module - paragraph of text and an image
• Text module called "Frosted Animal Cracker Reviews" - couple of paragraphs on frosted animal crackers and an image.
• Big Arrow Link module pointing to my site with a call to action as the anchor text
• Text module called "Toddler Animal Cracker Reviews" - couple of paragraphs on toddler animal crackers
• Text module called "Healthy Animal Cracker Reviews" - couple of paragraphs on healthy animal crackers
• YouTube module of animal crackers (if applicable)
• Guest Book module
• Text Module - includes my bio and a final link to my site

Make sure to fill out the "tags" section on the side with all the related tags for your lens. I also sprinkle a couple of text links to my site throughout - maybe 2 more besides the big arrow.
