Hey all,
From 2 weeks I'm also a vendor on Plimus, I have 2 products (weight loss products package witm MRR and facebook shop generator software) made 1 sale so far, and today my account have been suspended!
here is the info:
"
Dear Valued Vendor,

We regret to inform you that the credit card associations have informed us they have banned credit card services that support online marketing programs they call 'get rich schemes'. We have been instructed to cancel any such businesses immediately. Under the criteria they provided us - your business falls into this category. Regrettably, we are now no longer able to support that type of business. Should you have any businesses not included in this ban, those will continue to be processed by us and are not affected. If you have any doubts on which are affected and which are not, do not hesitate to call.

We valued your business in the past - and hope to be of service to you in the future. Again, if you have any immediate questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Should there be any reference to Plimus on your web site, we ask that you remove it at this time.

In order to cover potential refunds and chargeback as well as any legal costs incurred to Plimus any payments due to you from Plimus are held for a period of three months and fifteen days starting from the last day of the month of your account suspension date; after which funds will be released to you per a monthly ongoing review and based on refund and chargeback impacting your account. In case of a negative balance in your Plimus account, Plimus will invoice you for the balance amount and expect payment within 30 business days.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you success for the future and thank you for thinking of Plimus for your business needs."

My products are not even 1 mile near to this "get rich schemes"

I've reply to them, waiting for the response, but I'm really disappointed, why they put all to one big sack and say - bye bye, without any information?
I'm out from Plimus ( as a vendor, and as an affiliate probably too)

I think maybe a clue to their thinking can be found
in the Fan Page link in your sig.

I'm guessing they think turning something into a money
making machine in less than 5 minutes sounds like a get
    rich quick deal.

hmm could be, but... it's generates shop in less than 5 minutes, not making You rich,on slaes page i don't have any stats, or checks screenshots, all is clear
anyway, it's stupid, that they don't even check what the porduct is

I don't have any products, but I did sign up to be an affiliate of theirs. I got a similar email stating that I would no longer get paid for those types of products.

I bet they know that software exists that can
generate the page(s) in less than 5 minutes.

The issue isn't that you sell software... the issue is the
verbiage in your sales letter. Any time you use phrases
like turning something into a money making machine in
less than 5 minutes I think you can expect to get whacked
        by most payment processors.

Reposition the product, rewrite the copy and resubmit it
to Plimus. They will likely accept it without the hyped up
        sales copy.

Yeah, without a doubt its the copy not the substance of the product itself.

Been hearing a lot of this lately, paypal et al having a look at sales pages and making a call based on that, I think its set to become more of an issue.

Obviously they are looking to insulate themselves from, what they feel, could be high refund rates but as always they will probably move to adopt an overly broad policy which scoops up everyone.

Please don't take this the wrong way, Kristof - I mean no rudeness at all, but one could be forgiven for feeling that this statement, sitting as it does just above a sig-file containing the words "Money Making Machine in less than 5 Minutes" lends an altogether new meaning to the word "irony".

More than likely it is to insulate them from refunds, and the dreaded chargebacks.

If someone bought your product, and it took them 10 minutes to create a Money Making Machine, would they qualify for a refund?

    Just askin

Thanks all for Your opinions, It's my second product, and I have to admit - "money making machine" with "less than 5 minutes" isn't good sentence,
Anyway, I still don't know for sure that is all about this product, (both were in "bussiness" category) , I'm awaiting for reply of my ticket.
