What marketing phrases or words annoy you?

Why do so many people say "think outside the box" or "but here's the thing".

Maybe it's me but these couple of phrases are really starting to bug me.

I also can't stand it anymore when (9 times out of 10 it's a woman) somebody is being interviewed and every question is answered with the first word being "Absolutely".

Is it just me or does anybody else find any words or phrases particularly annoying?

I'm really liking the phrase "Try it for x days Risk-Free" much better than "My Personal Guarantee"

I have no agenda but to help those in the same situation. This I feel will pay the bills.

    Any sentence beginning with "Look,"

    Ex: "Look, here's the thing..."

    "Listen,..." is just as bad.

Don't know why, it just gets my BS detector going.

Had a real estate agent once that ended up ripping me off $5K that used to prefix every second sentence with "Honestly...". I should have known!

""Why do so many people say "think outside the box" ""
Because at some time there are things to be noted that are over saturated...

    or "but here's the thing".""
Because at the time who is more experience in the field develops more methods by experimenting ..

"Absolutely" annoys me as well...not quite as much as questions about stuff that annoys me though.
