Warriors,
In today's market one's name can become a brand and by using your name you can leverage on previous success to build your business into the future.

Your name is Linked to an Invisible entity that can grow or destroy your business depending on how you use it.

This powerful Invisible force is your reputation and you need to protect it!
There is No better way to destroy it than to align yourself with someone who does not protect their own reputation. Because when they go down often you will go down with them and be made to look like a goose as well. Even though you had the best Intentions.

A recent experience I had has led me to the probably obvious conclusion that in order to protect your own reputation you really need to do some research into who you align yourself with and whose name you put on YOUR website.

I mean Real In depth analysis of what that person has done and more importantly what they are doing NOW.

At the moment I feel Like a real D'head because i promoted a product I thought was helpful. (It actually was, Its just the after sales support that sucks)

The product has been PULLED from the WSO forum by moderators and my name is out there as endorsing it. I feel Like an Idiot.

I've decided to move on through the experience and treat the lesson from the demise of the product as a FREE bonus Module. It was probably one of the most powerful lessons from the entire course. lol

So for those that have read the WSO's and other info about aligning with a Successful marketer and building your business Just beware of who you align with and make sure they have your interests at heart as well.

Apologies to those that feel Misled by my Blog That was not my intention. I hope you get your refunds if that's what you want, I have made sure there is enough to cover the ones I got commission for in my paypal account.

Now I will concentrate on building my name instead of someone else's.

Lesson LEARNED!!!!

Live and learn ... at least you did learn and explained to people who may have bought because of your affiliation. Shame that happened. Don't know why customer service should be such a burden to someone who has a successful WSO, but he's not the first that has fallen short in that department.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

If anything you've just inherited the leadership role to all those left "abandoned" and even built some trust by being upfront and handling as you did.

And unless you're psychic you had no way to know what would happen. Past success or behavior from an individual does not fully predict future.

I doubt many people are going to fault you for it unless you continued your support after the problems arose.

Just from experience, this kind of stuff can happen despite all due diligence and it's not really going to ruin your career as long as you're honest about it after the fact.

Countless individuals have even comeback from their own seemingly grave market mistakes, I'm certain you've hardly got a knick out of it.

Take the lessons you learned, and keep moving forward.

As for the individual, I don't speak with him too often but I do know him to be a standup guy. If I had to guess I'd say it's just severe growing pains and trouble with new staff. (it wasn't but a few years ago he was fresh faced around here.) But I dunno. I might text him later this week and see what's up if it's not sorted.

Definitely not the first, in my experience the WSOs with decent after sale support are a rarity. Of course I don't have as much experience as others, so I may just be unlucky, lol
