I Need Help; I Want Help

Here are some interesting facts.

People are crying for help, they say they will do anything for that help.

They keep starting threads trying to raise money or sell something. It is BS.

I offered a free business plan to a warrior.

Less than 30% bothered to see if they are in round 2.

Some who are spending all day here pleading poverty, could have returned round 2 but they want the easy option. Your money and no work.

For those who sent round 2 in well done, for those who are working on it, keep at it.

For those who BS don't bother, your number is up.
#bev is a nut case!

    Bev,

Normally, I agree with a lot of the things you post, but come on....

I know the threads you are talking about and i've read them. Are they true? Who knows, but what if they are?

It seems as though this thread was started with a bit of a mean streak which includes you taking shots at people who could be down on their luck or dealing with family or health issues as well as people that decided not to jump through hoops to get a business plan.

Some of these posts lately are just plain mean. Not that I'm mister sensitive, but jeeze.

    Bev,

I assert that the customer attitude you've highlighted is THE reason the biz opp industry thrives as does every sub niche of it - IM included.

It used to depress me when my students wouldn't follow through, take action, do what they were taught, etc. Now I accept it and, most importantly, tailor what I teach to the very traits you speak of.

In summary, what you've highlighted here is the reason anyone who is willing to stand up in front of a biz opp niche and lead others can earn a six to seven figure income with relative ease.

The type of threads that you are describing remind me of the people that ask for change at intersections. The majority are able to work but are just too lazy to get a job. They just want a hand out.

Totally agree with you, Mr. Nato...

It reminds me of this one time a beggar asked me for money to buy food...

I was walking out of a McDonald's...he was loitering...

I told the beggar...what do you want to eat? I'll buy it for you...no problem...

He looked at me and said...I want the money so I can buy the food myself...hmmm...okaayyyy...

Whatever. I walked away...I doubt he wanted the money for food...If he was that hungry he would've taken me up on the offer...

Bev's post and your response, Nato, reminds me of this event...

    I agree with Jeremy
I don't know what ones are fact and which ones are BS stories but I do know that people who are feeling desperate are useless to help themselves.

That sounds worse than it is.

By useless I mean they are so stressed about not making it that they cease to function properly. They don't think clearly and have difficulty making and following plans.

Even the simple tasks we take for granted are very difficult for them because they are so consumed with their desperate state of affairs.

Its amazing how little it takes to help someone. To take a bit of the load off so they can start to think clearer and help themselves. Of course this doesn't work with the "chronically helpless" or the scammers.

I doubt that a person in desperate dire straits would have enough focus and ability to create a business plan.

Let me add something else here, I have been working with around 6 people recently who have desperate situations. Now, none have posted the details on the forum, but let me say each one has worked hard to try and get out of their desperate situation.

What I have found, and this is my experience, is that many BS/scammers are spoiling it for those who are in real need. They jump onto anything which makes them sound like they are in a bad situation. But the reality is they are not.

If they are allowed to continue then people won't come and ask for help when they have a real need.

This has nothing to do with those who have a real need, and are willing to work to get out of their situation.
