Clickbank product approval

Hey, I just received an email from clickbank that I can activate my product. Now I have one question. There is written:

"As part of its commitment to legal compliance, ClickBank offers limited guidance on issues related to internet sales and advertising. ClickBank's approval of products or payment for sales does not constitute a conclusion that the product or promotions complies with all legal requirements. As specified in the ClickBank Client Contract, you are responsible for ensuring your product or promotion complies with all applicable laws or regulations."

Is anything special about this that I need to know or be aware of? Which law can I break or what?

Tnx

I am no expert in the matter, but I believe they just want to protect themselves from any legal issues that might come up on your end... Such as you stating you will refund the product within 30 days and refusing to do so, or some state laws regarding online protects... Anyhow just don't do anything fishy and you will be fine.

Not really ... it just means that the fact that they've approved it and are willing to retail it shouldn't be taken as evidence that everything about it is necessarily compliant with all known laws/regulations. They're just trying to avoid "Well, ClickBank accepted it" being used as a blame-shifting defense, if it turns out that you did something terrible in your sales copy, I think.
