Wordpress and Blogger!!

Hey,
I am using both platforms for promoting..
I have notice that, wordpress sites indexed faster than blogger blogs, is it true?
I wrote one article in these two platforms and after two or three days, I searched it with keywords which is in the blog, I found that wordpress is in the search result but blogger not...

So should I assume that wordpress is stronger than blogger??
Is it good for SEO too??

    If you are promoting on a free wordpress blog, you will get your account smacked down.

    They don't allow promotions/affiliates.

    And if you are comparing free wordpress to blogger then I would say that yes, the free wp blog will rank quicker.

    As to blogger and a self hosted wordpress blog there are to many factors to say one will go quicker over the other - but in general the one which has it's own domain would likely do better imo.

    I agree with you 100%.. blogger takes too long to get index and wordpress SEO and plug in stuff are much cooler.

    It has been a long time since I last blogged via blogger. but before getting my posts indexed was never a problem nor slow. Now I already use wordpres and its self-hosted. Again no problems with getting my site and posts indexed.

    If your building a money site that you are spending a lot of time on I highly recommend you buy your own domain and get paid hosting a self hosted Wordpress blog. Like Jill said your account will get smacked down eventually I hope your a gambling man because that is what you are doing with any free hosted platform....

    I use both of these platforms. It's true, wordpress sites indexed faster than blogger blogs. I can remember, few months ago, Google had indexed one of my wordpress post in first page, within five minutes. But, I personally like to Blogger since I feel it's very flexible to use.

    If you are running a typical Blog using WordPress, then the answer is no, you shouldn't allow search engines to index your category and tag pages.Search engines rank your pages using internal and external linking to and from your pages: higher the incoming link, higher the rank + higher the rank of the incoming links higher the rank of your link.

      I think Blogger is good for building backlinks to your own sites. They do seem to take forever to get indexed.
