Stand Alone Affiliate software?

I'm in the process of developing a web based app and we need to add an affiliate platform to the site.

Clickbank and WSOpro won't work unfortinately, so we need something ... else.

I've heard people say good things about iDev.
I've heard not so good things about elgg.
And I think you can even use 2CheckOut now a days...

Would prefer (if possible) something that's stand alone and a one time payment instead of suggestions like infusionsoft and 1SC.

Anyone have other input?

    I'll look into it..

    I'm also checking out Nanacast and possibly DAP (although I don't want to use their membership site side)

        yes, i have a personal experience with them. so far they are the best solution for me

    I've used both idev and post affiliate pro. The only thing with post affiliate pro is it has issue with internet explorer users because the default setting in explorer is not to accept third party cookies. Since most users leave the default settings, your affiliates may miss out on some commissions!

    Thus I now use idev. The only problem with idev is that it is designed for only one commission structure for all products.

    I use JROX JAM and have been happy with it. I don't know if that fits your needs, but it is a one-time payment.
