Big thanks to SpinnerHawk for his invite to me. I got it just a few minutes ago, the whole "Limited Try Again Later Message" vanished. I have about ten invites left if anyone wants to get in. Shoot me a PM with email.

  Share a post with the person's email address, and don't share it with any circle(s) or the public. They'll get an email about it and the email will have a link to join G+. It's hit or miss because they're only letting so many in per hour, so they might have to keep trying before they can successfully get in.

i don't think there is a limited number to google+ invitation. You can invite as many people as you want.

Yea - invitations are unlimited, but I believe they have some kind of system that detects mass invites and pretty much blocks most of those you invite. I read it somewhere late last week (webpronews i think).

Also, an invite is just an invite, not a guarantee of getting in. You only have a very short window of opportunity to use the invite and get in. If you don't act immediately, you probably wont get in.

  What they're doing is putting the invites up then when they reach capacity they are taking them down. However they are restoring them again after a certain time.
  
  If you get an invite but can't get in it's not that you won't. I got my invite but had to wait 12 hours before they reopened the site to invitees. You just keep trying.

Just notified that Google+ is over capacity for the invitations and they are no longer accepting new people with or without an existing invite.

So, unless you get lucky, the invite you have may be useless until Google opens it's doors again.

I just got an invitation so P.M. me if you haven't already got one! Also for some reason the invitation was sent to my Yahoo email but then arrived in my Gmail email...I guess it's just google's way of wanting me to use Gmail more?
