Value of a PR6/ PR5 Site?
Hey folks, let's say for example, I have 5 or so sites, all PR5, and PR6... with brandable names, but nothing fantastic (no fb.com, sorry!).... they are empty... meaning all the content is removed, so the new owner can use them for whatever they want.
How much should I sell them for- the PR5, and the PR6?
And, since the next PR update, it will probably drop (unless the owner puts in a lot of work...) do you guys think that this will deteriorate its value?
