Did i do something wrong ?

It might have been moved to a different category. Most people post threads in the wrong category

No warning is given. If they start giving out warnings, they will lose their whole day sending emails for reasons

I think sometimes it maybe due to errors. Last week, it said my inbox was 100% full, then i clicked on private messages then 3 pm's just disappeared and I had only 7 pm's in the inbox.
