Will Hire Professional Site Seller for.....

Ok, basically my website since I have converted it to a different cart platform has made $7,707.35 since March. It will be over $10,000 in about a month have some prospected customers that just need to get some things taken care of before placing orders. With these kinds of numbers I know I have some value here.

Someone with money and a team can easily make way more than this. I have a very limited budget and basically do everything myself. A few of my marketing buddies told me you sell a site based on yearly rev x5x3 and that's the number you try and look for. (I know a sites only worth as much as someone is willing to pay.)

If there are any professional high dollar website sellers on here I would love to talk to you and maybe hire you to sell this site for me when you think the times right. Im willing to pay good money for a high dollar sell which would include a nice bonus which I will go into details with if I see anyone that's qualified. Let me know would love to talk to you about some things and see what steps to take. Thanks

I think the figure is more like annual net x 2 to 2.5. That's what I sold my website for.

Try quietlightbrokerage dot com. I had competing offers for my site within days of listing it and I made the sale within two weeks. They specialize in selling websites. They take 10%. Good luck!

Thanks Killer I checked it out looks interesting but they want 12 months so id have to wait for like another 8 or so to get a fair value on there. But I will bookmark it for future use looks interesting.

Timepears thanks for your info yea that's what I thought looks like to get the best bang for my buck is to keep building to this thing for a year and then put it on the market unless someone offers me something before then.

That is what it looked like to me. I don't know if you are in the USA or not, but if you are, then once you have had the site for one year or more, then the gain is taxed as capital gains and as such get an 85% deduction before you pay taxes on the profit. So add up all your costs in building the site and deduct that first and then deduct 85% and that amount is added to your other income to be taxed.

        Pretty nice.

A web site broker will generally want a years history to take on a site, from what I have gathered. And the one I talked to when I was curious told me that his buyers are looking for an investment, not a job. So as you said you do it all yourself, that looks very much like a job.

I think your best shot right now would be Flippa.com. But I am no expert in web selling, that is for sure.
