With the popularity of the WF, an Alexa rating of 11219, thousands of backlinks, etc... why does the WF have a Google PR of 3??

    PR is meaningless.
    For example:
    www.warriorforum.com has a pr4
    www.warriorforum.com/index.php has a pr3.

    Why? Because as far as Google cares, they are different pages.
    That is also why you need to be consistent in your backlinks.
