AUto-SCrolling Opt-in Box for Wordpress? Please help.

Sorry to come here and ask for your help.
But I am having the hardest time finding it.
I need an opt-in box that auto-scrolls with the person as they read a blog.
It can be at the bottom of the page or in the sidebar.
I want something really quality that I can add a graphic to.
Are there any hot selling ones that people really love?
