How To Generating Traffic Through Digg and Others

Happy New Year Warriors!
I hope every one is having a nice time and happy beginning into the year. My of my goals for this year is to make my first 100 dollars this week and then my first 1000 and part of my plans is to try to generate as much traffic as possible through free methods since I can't afford paid traffic for now.

Now my question is : How do you get people to digg up or vote your posts on social sites such as digg, reddit, buzz, propeller, humsurfer and others. I have been using these 5 for some time now but the traffic is outrageously bad.

Is there any special tip to do? Does any one have better success with these sites ?

    I'm glad to see that you decided not to give up IM altogether. One of the secrets to this game is to make friends and join groups on these sites. Once you have friends and have boosted their posts, they will be happy to do the same for you.

    Thanks TomG, People like you will never allow me give up. I have got so many PMs after I started that controversial and now deleted thread and I have made of my mind not to give up. At least not yet.

    How many people can one add per day? I need to know in order not get my account suspended.

    You can add as many friends as you want, I don't think there is a limit. Now as to bookmarking sites, you should do a few at a time, don't go bookmarking 100 sites/day, more like 5-10 I guess? I don't do that many so my accounts have remained active.

    Here's a tip: go to socialmarker.com and you'll see a whole bunch of sites. There is an option to select only the best ones. Check that and see what remains. Then, go and visit them all and see if they fit with your interests and look at their TOS. Once you find the ones you want, sign up with them and next time you need something posted, go to socialmarker.com and do it there. It cuts the time way down and you can easily submit to over 20 sites. Hope this helps.

    To use these social platforms and actually see huge amounts of traffic from them, you have to be social. In other words, you make friends with the people who are performing diggs and digg their stuff...send shout outs and what not.

    Most of the diggs are group inspired and getting dugg to the front page involves having a lot of people know who you are.

    IF you want to go this route, I suggest you focus on one social platform and build up friends and acquaintances first.

    That said, most marketers would agree that social traffic doesn't convert as well because it isn't as targeted.
