Send it to me. (You did ask my opinion!)

You don't need to spend money yet.

Figure out first how you want to earn money online. Do you want to build an Adsense empire? Do you want to produce an info product and put it on Clickbank? Do you want to build Amazon Affiliate sites?

Pick something that you believe works, then learn all you can about it. At this point, you can spend $50-250 to get some mentoring ... (Ebooks are nice, but mentoring is far better). And when I say "mentoring", I mean someone that you can email your questions, a specific person, not some forum on a membership site.

Your best bet is to get something working, then spend your money expanding it (buying backlinks, buying content, outsourcing, etc)

    Just my two cents worth...

(Or my $1,000 worth of advice if you follow my first statement...)

Find a hot niche or product and spend the rest of the money getting backlinks, adwords, and other methods to get traffic. Targeted traffic = money.

Is that $1000 and no assets or are you already in possession of any domains, hosting services, memberships, software etc.

I see that you are a War Room member, so you obviously are in possession of at least one asset.

    e.g. more info is useful.

Well there you go! You can spend a portion of your money on outsourcing both your website design and content. This will be a good way to get you started.

Personally, I would also invest in a mentor to help you learn to do these kinds of things yourself. I have always been a big DIY'er, and even though you may or may not be it is important to at least have a basic knowledge of what you need done in case you can't find someone to do it for you.

Save your money. Lock the door to your office and spend three days learning all you can about list building, product creation, and niche finding.

DO NOT pay a mentor that shows you a plan on how to get started in the IM niche. You should not be teaching others how to make money online until you have done so yourself. Plus, just about any other niche is easier to market to.

    It's actually a tricky question!

Personally, I would find an established website for sale within budget and then try to monetize it (or increase profit if it is already generating revenue).

If you want to start from scratch, you may aswell put $900 in the bank. It takes time and effort to build traffic and rankings, not start-up capital (unless you are talking $10,000+).

Try to focus on topics you are passionate about, and if blogs is your IM interest, then spend $100 to get someone to design and build it for you.

    Good luck

How about a thought experiment: stock the 1k away in offline investments, like bonds or a medium interest CD.

THEN DUPLICATE WHAT YOU DID to get the 1k. You will now have 2k to invest .

See what I did? Stick with what you know that works. Duplicate the results. Then you can start playing with buying new things or new niches when you have 10k. Hope that helps.

Hey man, I'm thinking the same thing. I would get 1 year of hosting and domain if I were you. Then, I would invest it in buying a research tool although it isn't needed but people buy anyway and I would get Niche Finder. I like to keep everything a minimum of less than a $100. Then, just keep researching around, there's a lot of FREE systems laying around, you just have to find them. So, I wouldn't recommend you to buy a system. There's a lot of resources that tell you like everything you need to know to get started and I would have to say in my honest opinion that they all teach the same stuff but different people have different way of doing it. That's just me.

    Hold onto it.

When you've come to a clear decision as to what your interests and skills are, and how you're going to leverage them in your IM career (i.e. what you're going to specifically do to earn money), you'll most likely come up with plenty of ways to invest the money.

Really though, you can't expect anyone to give you a worthwhile answer with so little information. IM is not a cookie cutter type thing. Good luck.

yes for me it requires blood sweat and tears x 2 and then more blood sweat and tears.

But its well worth it in the end, if you have been good to your subscribers then you will have not problems selling it.

But $1000 is a figure that can be easily spent fast, if you do not know what you are doing.

        be careful. and good luck.

It depends on the product, if it's a report or videos then yes you can do them yourself. If it's software, themes, and other technical stuff it could take you upto 3 yrs to learn that particular skill, better to outsource it and spend those 3 yrs marketing.

    • If you have a $1000 dollars find someone that you can trust and has a membership site that can teach you how to make money online. Most Good membership will give you 30 days to try it out for $1 and what you can do then, is start learning, and once u see that it's of great value, become and affiliate of the membership site and use the $1000 dollars to start to promote the site. Make sure you learn how to get some cheap traffic. Once u do that you can make big money in a short period of time. Ex If you able to use $1000 dollars to get 300 people to sign up for a trail membership for $1 then after 30 days you will make, well let's say the membership is 39.00 a month and u make 15.98 per person you refer, well the average person will stay 3months on a membership site so, 15.98 x300= $4794x3= 14,382 then you can focus on learning how to setup multiple streams of income. And learn from the guy whose already making the money.

    Hey Jivens,

I can tell you one thing and I'm 100% sure about it:

There's no the best way to do it

But, if you want an opinion from me, here it is:

If you're new, I would get inside a coaching program.

Jason Fladlien just launched his coaching program "6in6coaching" and it costs just $97 per month, which is an amazing deal (if you're interested in it, contact me and I'll give a huge bonus for it if you go through my link)

So, coaching would be $97. You have another $900.

I would get hosting account, AWeber (autoresponder), domain. That's $40.

Then, I would start building my list.

I would set up a simple squeeze page, and then buy solo ads. The best resource that I currently know for getting solo ads and also setting up ad swaps is safe-swaps.com, but it costs $25-$35 per month and I can say it's well worth it, because they have feedback system just like EBay has. Again, if you want to register, send a message to me and I'll give you a bonus if you go through my link.

So you now have about $800.

Before you buy solo ads, set up a thank you page and a page with your gift. When people sign up, you will take them to a thank you page where you have affiliate banners. That way you can make your money back immeaditly. You also have a couple banners on the page with your gift.

So now go there to safe-swaps.com and buy a couple solo ads. Spend $600. For that amount of money you will easily get at least 1800 clicks. If your squeeze page does it job and you have an exit pop up, you will get 900 subscribers.

Now you can start ad swapping. Use safe-swaps.com for that. It will make your life easier

    That's what I would do.

After 12 months you should be making $4000-$8000 every single month from ad swapping.

By the way, if you don't know what to promote, I recommend promoting Jason Fladlien, Lee McIntyre, Kim Roach. These affiliate programs will pay you a lot of money .

    Hope this helps,

    Matt Poc

  • Hi Jivens,

$0 and around eight hours of work = Find a particular group of people regularly searching on the Internet for effective solutions that can solve their specific problems and satisfy their particular needs they can't solve nor satisfy on their own. Identify topics and sub topics relevant to those specific needs and problems. Pinpoint exact match keywords used by those people in search engines...

$0 and eight hours of work = Identify particular offline and online places where those people regularly hang out because they know they can get useful solutions in the form of info, advice, tips, strategies, techniques, products and services from experts specializing in related subject areas covering topics and sub topics where they have urgent problems and immediate needs. Take note of relevant topics, sub topics, keywords, product titles, company names and websites mentioned in relevant discussions by participants in those places...

$0 and eight hours of work = Study existing solutions in the market. Gather reviews, results and experience of buyers and testers, mostly found in online social communities, such as Web forums and blog networks...

$0 and eight hours of work = Analyze things you learned by doing the things above. Decide whether to market CPA offers, CPC ads, affiliate products or your own products and services. Sign up as an affilaite of the merchants/developers of your selected affiliate solutions when necessary, i.e. In case you opted to develop your own products and services, and if you selected CPC or CPA to earn income from your website, then sign up for CPC or CPA accounts with relevant companies...

Service and registration fees for setting up a website, including graphics design, onsite SEO, content writing and an autoresponder account = Develop a business name, tagline and domain name. Register a domain = $10/year. Sign up for a Web host account = $10/month. Install Wordpress. Upload an excellent theme. Upload effective plugins. Activate and configure theme and plugin settings. Develop and upload a logo banner and other graphics for your website. Optimize visual layout for maximum viewer navigation convenience and visual impact. Write static pages, such as "About Us", "Contact Us" with email form and "Privacy Policy". Sign up for an autoresponder account. Prepare a "Subscribe Now!" page integrated with your autoresponder account...

Product development and copywriting fees = Develop your products and service offers in case you chose to market your own products and services. Write your sales pages. If you chose CPC, make sure to optimize the placement of those CPC ads on the pages of your website for maximum clicks. If you chose CPA, write the content of the pages where your CPA offers are displayed to entice viewrs to complete your CPA offers. If you chose affiliate product marketing, write content about your affiliate products...

Ebook or report development service fees = Develop an ebook or report which will provide your target viewers with benefits not found in your onsite content nor elsewhere. It should also offer your advice, tips, recommendations, techniques and strategies which can improve the benefits your viewers can get from your products or affiliate products or CPA offers. Place links to your products and service offers or your affiliate product and CPA offer pages so your viewers can learn more about those things. Configure this ebook or report as a free download after signing up to your mailing list on your "Subscribe Now!" page. Write the content of your "Subscribe Now!" page in a way that viewers will find it beneficial for them to sign up...

$0 with FB ad coupons plus $XX - up to you - for Google PPC and around one week to implement your tests and monitor/study your results = Testing your campaigns and target keywords above with targeted ads on Facebook and Google. Pinpoint keywords, topics, sub topics and other relevant details which will provide you, an Internet marketer, with the most valuable set of benefits. Use those relevant details to improve your website, content, products and services or affiliate product pages, CPA offer pages or CPC ad placement...

$0 if you're willing to develop your own onsite and offsite content and promote your business in places with relevant traffic to widen the exposure of your business and build its reputation as an excellent source of useful and relevant content, products and services = Self explanatory...

$XXX - up to you - for email ads, private ad space rentals in websites with a good volume of traffic consisting of people interested in your content, products and services and PPC ads = Self explanatory...

At this point: If I know how to do those things on my own, I would've just spent around $50 for domain, Web host account and autoresponder account registration as well as three weeks of my free time. I would have documented the things I did in an easy to follow step-by-step guide in case I intend to hire employees so they can do things that will keep my business running smoothly, earning income for me, improving and expanding to other profitable areas...

Buy a profitable high traffic (5k) exact match domain name.

    (buylcdtv.com JUST for example)

Then just use Driper to continually feed back links to it every day.

Since it's a new site, don't risk pinging the back links via Linklicious.

    Let Google find it naturally.

Then, once it starts getting good Google traffic, add Amazon links to it. Or a product of some kind. Or adsense, which I hate. whatever.

Isn't that pretty much how this game works?

In my opinion, if I had $1000 to spend, I'd build websites, many websites.

Or simply outsource them. It's kind of a hassle, because everything comes from diferent sources if you're thinking of outsourcing.

I would say don't harry and jump into something.

If you want to start from scratch take your time. I would consider develop something for website owners like a code (it pays better than own a website).

If you into having your own website, try get an old domain that is expired will save you a lot of time and money. check dropday.com they selling expiring domains all the time. You can get it with high PR without working for it (don't spend much on the domain but you can give it a try).

Invest in something that appreciate . I have 3 suggestions :

1.Buy silver . In the last 5 yrs , silver has risen in value by at least 11%

better than 2-3% the banks or ISA would give you

2.find hot products that selling right now , get buyers for it first, go to a diffrent country where they sell it cheap and sell it to your own buyers

    3. Create a product that solves people problem and market it

    hello,

Here is a business plan that you can set up with $ 1000 and even much less.

    1) made a list of what you like, problems you have, and the problems you had.

    2) Get an instant market, the main goal is to see what is in your list of interest to others, and finding market or there is concurrency.

    3) Create a product that you meet the problem of your target market. The goal is to create the best deal possible. Made creates the graphics for your sales letter, and the representation of the product by a professional. that's what makes the most capital gains received your product.

    4) creates or creates your sales site. this part depends mainly on your personal skills, do not hesitate to outsource what you do not know how.

    5) Make a joint venture with some people who have a large list, give 100% of profits, against the future ownership of the customer list. also put your product on clickbank, comission affiliated with the highest possible level.

    6) maintain your list by offering quality content regularly by email, this can be a simple email, ebook download, MP3, video, ...

    7) create a Wordpress blog, with other equally interesting content, and send your list dessu, each article was published. squeez also put a page to capture emails from visitors other than your list. (Suggest a new list to buy your first product)

    8) created a survey on google doc, and ask your list to respond to it. This survey aims to have the frame of your future product.

    9) creates the product you ask your list. And sell them your new product. (Varies: they offer a discount on your new product, against a deferred delivery, and pay a ghostwriter to create it for you)

    10) After a First Prev pass on your list, put your product on clickbank commission with the highest possible.

    11) repeat from step 6 and start over.

You will not spend $ 1,000, but will have some expenses still to Aweber, your website, and some techniques you part subtracted.
