here is something different for a 2009 resolution
I will not eat at my computer.
Drink? yes. but whenever i want to eat something, i will get up and not sit at the computer.. or look at the computer...
I have been doing this for 2-3 weeks now and find it has helped me focus and not raid the pantry every few hours .
I Think many warriors that work at home might be a little on the "supersize me" side., so I'm offering this as a helpful suggestion for you to try for a week.
