I'm looking for an opt-in email gathering utility that kind of acts like a lightbox but is non-intrusive. I basically was looking for something that pops pops up on the top or bottom of the browser window and doesn't completely obstruct the view of the visitor. I have a pdf from John Chow somewhere in my library that mentions one but for the life of me I can't find it.

Anyone know of any good ones?
